We ordered two AquaOne water fountains, and after a couple of weeks they both quit refilling automatically. Manual reset worked fine. Also, the water drains started dripping/leaking. Customer service has quickly responded ,and will replace one fountain so far. Instructions on how to reseal the drain valve have been sent, but we haven't tried the procedure yet.

I am not sure if I want to keep it. For the dish is very shallow. One of cats drinks very little out of it and, I do not feel this is meeting my cats needs. Can someone reach out to me to let me know what I need to do to return them both.

I have read many reviews and see I'm not the only one that has a defective product. I sent an email to support on August 29th and still have not received a response. I see someone by the name of Victoria has responded to some of these reviews. So if you are reading this Victoria, please respond to my email sent 8/29/26 concerning order #1442. Update to this last review. As you can see, I finally did receive a response concerning the defective fountain on this site. Then I received an email where they apologized and stated they would mail me a brand new fountain. As of today, 9/23/2026, I haven't received the new fountain yet. Once I receive the new fountain and it is working, I will update this review again.

I set the PureStream next to the stainless steel Pioneer fountain we’ve been using for many years and my cats seem to like it. The first cat drank from the PureStream immediately and I’ve seen two of the others use it, too. The cats are using both right now but have a preference for the PureStream. Update: The PureStream fountain worked great until the first time it emptied and then the little drain door stuck open. I tried pushing the buttons to get the unit to go through a few cycles but it wouldn’t close so the clean water tank drained very quickly. Finally I gently pushed the drain door shut, refilled the clean tank, and started the unit again. It worked fine again until it drained and then the drain door stuck open again. I contacted the company and they said they were sending me a new fountain.

Since my earlier review describing my negative experience, Victoria, Head of Support stepped in and issued a refund for the two fountains I ordered. I hope they get themselves together so that they can avoid future issues with customer support. I look forward to receiving the refund.

I am giving this 3 stars not because of the product The product is great both our cats are drinking from the unit right out of the box Our faucet turning on days have stopped My issue is in the back and forth about the promotion was told product will ship this day Then sorry for delay product will ship this day Then and only then the third time was shipped so it was a month after first said ship date I mean it is not a deal breaker I get things happen but admit a delay not give customer run a round So if you can adjust to the logistics part of this product then by all means get it we are very happy with the results so far I truly hope nothing goes wrong and I have to deal with support but I need to be positive on that aspect
