PureStreamReviews of trypurestream.com

Took a week for the cat to try it out, but now the PureStream is her main choice. She drinks longer as well, which is great. As a clumsy person it's sometimes awkward walking each tank to the sink, but slow can often encourage steady.

I like the concept, but the water still sits stagnant in the sealed container. My cats are trying to get used to it, but it’s taking some time

Immediate responses and follow up after product purchase

Still on the fence. I purchased 2 of the units and have both setup. The design is nice. I’m just reluctant to take away the old fountain yet. I have seen both of my cats use both units. I have them in separate rooms. Overall it’s very easy to refill and wipe down the stainless steel tray. The first couple of days, one of my cats (almost 4) just scooped the water on to the floor. That has since stopped. My older cat (14yrs) uses it but gets puzzled when the water goes down in to the tank when he’s drinking. It’s quite funny because he’ll take a couple sips and then stop and look in that dirty water tank. So far, no complaints. Just need a little more time to adapt.

Even the fussy cat loves it, I like the lack of filters and noise. The only improvement I’d suggest is to make the tanks be able to attach together so you could transport the entire unit to the sink. I will place it on a tray and then carry that, so it’s not a big deal, but it’s my only suggestion.

Great product, Aqua One, The two tank concept and ease of maintenance are what impressed me the most. Cat drinks from it too! I had a question about initial charge time I submitted via their web app, they answered right away (I just needed to be more patient, took another hour). When I didn't reply for a few days I was impressed that they sent me a follow-up message. My main complaint is that I did not get their targeted advertising (on Facebook) before I purchased my prior fountain. Maintenance and cleaning was a hassle and time sink. The Aqua One is so much better and simpler.

I ordered a fountain and received it. Unfortunately a month later I had issues with it working properly. I emailed the customer support team and they sent me a new fountain. My 20 year old cat loves the fountain and continues to drink from it daily. I highly recommend the product!

My fountain unit was faulty from the beginning and took some time to convince customer service it was bad but they eventually came through with a replacement.
