This is the first fountain from which my cat will drink. The other four required cleaning so often and so carefully that only our housekeeper could do so successfully.

I have a hard time believing the positive reviews for this product and company are real! Fountain arrived weeks late. Website never indicated that item would be shipped from an Asian country. If it did I wouldn’t have purchase it! When it did finally arrive, it was beeping inside the shipping materials (not a good sign) and never worked after it was unpacked. Quality was extremely inferior for a $160 cat fountain. This company is obviously a scam. Only method of communication is an email that no one ever responds to despite the advertised 30 day money back guarantee.

I have had the aqua one for over two months. It works as advertised. While pricy I don’t have a slimy filter and tank to clean and replace every few days. The cat is drinking clean water my water that has gone through a biofilm covered filter. Yes it will take longer to get then they say, but worth the wait.

I like the water system, and my cats like them too. I look forward to my cats drinking more and enjoying the fresh water with every drink. It took over 6 weeks for delivery. It was supposed to arrive the first week in June and it arrives the third week in July. I ordered it on May 30.

The device arrived with the clean tank sensor beeping. Even with the tank full it still keeps beeping and doesn't pump so no fountain

BUYER BEWARE. Do not purchase this product. The initial order was delayed several times. After finally receiving the fountain and trying numerous times to have our cats adapt to using it, they refused. I have contacted the company numerous times regarding the Money Back Guarantee advertised all over their website and they have simply stopped responding. After close to a month of trying to return the product for a refund I will be pursuing a refund through AMEX.

It’s only been 3 days since it arrived and we got it set up two days ago but she bypassed the old drinking fountain and drank from the pure stream! Score!

I'm very happy with this! I have used a traditional fountain for years but I like the idea of him having fresh, clean water all the time. I had a question and got a wonderfully detailed response from customer service. My 1 comment is I would love to be able to connect both tanks for transport. I'm afraid of dropping 1 as I go to the sink.
