Feels like a scam
The product is not as advertised. Their marketing photos make it appear as if water is continuously moving in the bowl, but it's not. The bowl fills, and then water just sits there. The whole schtick is that your pet is always getting fresh water, but if it's just sitting in the bowl, you could achieve the same thing by putting out a fresh bowl from the sink twice a day, instead of paying hundreds of dollars for a fancy device. Never mind the fact that I ordered it on April 30th and only received the product on May 31st, a full month later! I asked to return the product, and was told no need, we will refund your money within 3-5 business days. That was half a month ago, and I'm still waiting. There's been no reply to my latest email, which I sent on July 17th (it's now the 23rd). I've emailed them again today, and told them my next move if the refund doesn't appear within the next 24-48 hours will be to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges, given that I have proof that they promised me the refund. We'll see what they say. Stay away from this company at all costs!

Hi Liz, Thank you so much for the review. I can absolutely understand why you’re frustrated, especially after waiting a month for the fountain, then being promised a refund that still hadn’t shown up. I’m also taking your feedback on how the water flow is represented in our marketing seriously. If the product didn’t work the way you expected based on what you saw before buying, that’s important for us to hear and review. On the refund side, we should have followed through when we said we would. I’m Victoria and I lead Support at PureStream, and I’m personally going through cases like this because we clearly have some cleanup to do. I can’t pull up your order from the review alone, so please email Support again and ask for me by name. I’d love to make sure you actually got refunded, and see what more I can do to turn this experience around for you. Victoria 🐾 Head of Support, PureStream
