Hi Melissa, Really appreciate you sharing this, and I’m sorry it took this much effort to get a refund that had already been promised. I’m glad to see the refund finally came through, but you absolutely should not have had to post publicly or contact your credit card company to get there. Our small team got overwhelmed with thousands of messages and we fell way behind. I know that doesn’t undo the frustration you dealt with, and I’m taking feedback like this very seriously as we make some big changes to how refunds and follow-ups are handled. Hi Randall, I’m really sorry this was your first experience with the fountain. Having it fail within a week, especially in a way that left your cats without fresh water, is incredibly frustrating and definitely concerning. The battery and panel issues you mentioned are also things I want our product team to see. And on the support side, you should not have had to comment publicly just to try to get someone’s attention. We got buried under thousands of messages with a very small support team and fell way behind. I know that doesn’t make any of this better for you, but we are making some major changes now.
