Don't buy this product these people only care about making money they do not give a crap about helping you quit smoking. I give them constructive criticism and they send a passive aggressive response saying they'll support people changing their lives but they're not going to do anything to make it actually affordable. It's a product that's made of wood and metal that cost $114. It's worthless and it makes you look like a pretentious douchebag. In my opinion it's better to smoke than look like that.

I ordered the fum with the start up package but don't use it a lot. They keep trying to send me more but I don't need it and have cancelled any subscription. That has not stopped them from trying to send more cores. Just recently I got an email saying they are awmdomg more cores before I could cancel ( less then 24 hours) of the email they took 86 dollars from my account. I have sent a cancellation gain but it will be a least a week to get my money back. As a retired disables person that means they have my money for a week and my account has been emptied a week before my next check. Oam not in the dinanciallosotion to be out money at anytime never mind at the end of the month. Dishonest business practice as far as I'm concerned. I fear of cancelling all emails because I am afraid they will just take my money and I won't even have 24 hours notice email was dated Friday and the money was out of my account on Saturday ( a non business day) and they are closed until Monday

I've Vaped for years had many MODs and Tanks. Made my own juices. Thought I'd try FUM. Not 100% sure but I'm find it alters my breathing, I'm not saying I struggle to breath but there is definitely something going on. Never ever have I had problems with breathing normally. I've taken the Core out and just using it on its own and already feel better. What is in these things????

Tastes like chewing gum. The FUM ‘cigarette’ device is too heavy. Paid over $85 to find this out. The idea is fantastic, but this particular product is not for smokers trying to find a way to quit. It’s more for the younger generation that find it’cool’ to have a flavored device. It’s hard to find anything for a Menthol smoker. I found several alternatives on Amazon at very reasonable prices. If you’re a Menthol smoker buy “Ice” mints, they work the best. Good Luck. I will definitely not buy or recommend this expensive product.

I have to be honest. Fum is pretty awful. There’s a horrible chemical taste, nothing nice about it at all. I’m just sorry I wasted $145 on this. I reached out to their support team and still heard nothing after a week and multiple emails.

While their device is sound; their cores and customer service are absolute garbage. When trying to get a full refund on my journey pack, which every flavor is absolutely disgusting. Might as well go to target and get a pack of glade plugins and just stupidly attempt to vape on those. That’s how horrible they taste. When trying to get a full refund, they demand you have the product at least 30 days and track your use of the device on my habit tracker. I said fine, if I have to wait 30 days just to tell them to give me a full refund then that’s what I’ll do. I set an alarm for the future to remind me. A month goes by. I contact them for my full refund. They go “sorry but since you didn’t track your usage we can only offer you a 60% refund as a gift.” lol as a gift? Fum people. I know you’re reading this, and who the are you kidding? “As a gift”. Please! I said “nah that’s sneaky, why in the world would I track my progress if I hate the product I’ve received, give me my full refund.” They finally did. Not only does their product absolutely suck ass; but their practices to keep your money are equally sucky. Fum you might me sorry for my poor experience, but you should really be sorry for your poor product, unfriendly consumer business practices, and just for being a piece of garbage.

It seems like a well engineered device and feels sturdy in the hand but it should be made in America not China, who knows what type of toxic carcinogens China allows to be put into the cores that have a very short shelf life (maybe 1 1/2 days maximum, not 3) If Fum was made in America and the cores were able to be recharged on your own with essential oils this may be a decent aid to helping people quit smoking or vaping, until then it is just a quick cash grab marketing scheme.
