FÜMReviews of tryfum.com

The fum helped me quit vaping but the shipping for cores is way too slow. This is something meant to help people quit an addictive habit and slow shipping hardly aligns with that. For the price of cores you can ship them better. Or charge for shipping instead of free so it is faster.

It didn't work for me. The flavors were all too weak, they smell more than they taste. As far as I could find there aren't clear instructions on how to use it. Mine also broke. The magnet piece on the mouth piece came unglued and I nearly lost the magnet. Cleaning it is also more complicated than advertised. Between flavors you absolutely need to use soap and water. The customer service is fantastic though.

The product is good. Their website ain’t. Flavors are fine, but I wish they had a flavor more geared towards tobacco. How they don’t have a coffee flavor is simply beyond me.

Still trying to get used to lack of flavor. Like that doesn’t need charged.

The Fum is a great way to quit vaping, has taken me several years but thankfully it has been six months without vaping since using the Fum. Sadly, started vaping again as my cores have not arrived despite ordering nearly 3 weeks ago and still not received my order. Customer service have been excellent and have kept me updated, but unfortunately the issues are with shipping. I have noticec that the price of the cores keep going up and some only last a few hours.

I had ordered the Journey Pack (Solano ) with 6 flavour cores. The product itself is of good quality (albeit, a touch expensive). With my shipment I did not receive the 6 flavour cores I had ordered. I reached out to their support who was very quick to reply to me suggesting they would send out the missing items and would provide tracking information (Sept 27). I had no reply from them for 3 days so I replied again to inquire if there were any updates on this. I was advised that this would be sent to a 'specialist' that would assist with getting me tracking information (Sept 30). Another 3 days have passed with no communication from their support. While the product is of decent quality, I am very displeased with the lack of communication from this company. Due to opening the product I am no longer eligible to return it (I understand the reasoning), but I have no ability to return the flavour cores as they were never shipped to me (essentially theft to the tune of $80), leaving me with what boils down to an expensive fidget spinner. I am extremely disappointed as I had hopes to use this product to quit smoking, only to have them drive me to purchase another pack of smokes. Hoping this review will caution others who are looking to order directly from the company. Edit: As of October 4th, their specialist team did follow up and shipped the missing items from my package. I changed my rating to reflect this as this is a step in the right direction.

wow. I wish to have read the reviews first before ordering. I placed my order on Friday 09/12/25. I hope to review my package. I started with the single one first to see if I would like it. I'm sorry for those who spent so much money. BTW I decided to purchase the item from watching LAW&CRIME on You Tube, and I was not able to use the promotion code. I guess I had to purchase the lifetime package.

The idea of fum is great but unfortunately the flavours do not last very long, have a strange aftertaste and quite a strong smell. My preference is a mint 0% nicotine refillable vape unfortunately
