after watching an ad i really considered this product, i went to their site and checked into all the details about it. 1. That the product shouldnt be inhaled isnt stated anywhere visible, infact i couldnt find it, if its there, its hidden. Its NOT for inhaling, just in your mouth similar to a cigar. 2. Their Science & Safety section has ONLY 1 STUDY about safety(Essential Oil Exposure Toxicology Report) 3. This so called study just tested the time/air it takes to vaporize all of the oil to essentially do the math on how much puffs it takes to reach the legal limit of this oil. even tho they still dont know how much a human takes in with 1 puff(quote: "however, it has not been clearly established how much volatilization occurs from a typical human draw of the product.") 4.the end of the study is them suggesting to use less oil just to save money because it doesnt vaporize as fast as they thought. 5. the "study" was a 4hour long test you cant inhale it, the safety is highly doubtable and all that they dont tell you right away, just dont do it.

Product came fine, but the füm is extremely top heavy; it can't stand up straight due to it's own weight and constantly falls over but despite that theres just no lid for the device? The top part that goes in your mouth is constantly laying down on whatever you place it on, it would be so much better if there was a lid to protect the mouthpiece.

Füm is not a good product. The shipping process is not good. The product is inferior to essential oils. This product was not thought out well. It is not worth the money.

Saw the ads and sponsorships on YouTube, figured it was legit. Sad to say that this company falls short on their promises. Took only 10 days to receive my order. However I only received 3 items out of the 8 I was supposed to get with the journey pack, which was about $100. Tried contacting support and haven't received any response to the issue at all. It's clear that this company is only aiming to make money off of people with addictions and then leave us behind when things go wrong.

The actual item is amazing and helped me give up vaping. HOWEVER, the cartridges and other items are out of stock so you get started and then can't carry on, therefore having to go cold turkey when you weren't expecting it. Also, they make you pay extra for insurance although you are insured by Royal Mail automatically. I refused to pay and of course, sod's law the next parcel (which wasn't Royal Mail but Evri) was delivered the wrong address and lost. If I had known it was Evri I would have taken the insurance, although it would have been pointless I suspect as I tried to get in touch, but they NEVER reply to messages, to emails, to live chat and there is no phone number to call. I will be going to my credit card supplier to get help, but it's a huge inconvenience. There are new products coming out that do the same thing so while I really recommend the idea, maybe try another company who is reliable.

It's a shame to see others have had a bad experience, because for me it was the complete opposite. They went above and beyond to get my order to me asap. I placed my order knowing there would be delay (as stated on their website) but as I had a holiday coming up I thought I would drop support an email to see if there was anything they could do to speed the process up. Not only did they manage to get my order to me within 10 days (just in time for my holiday!) but they also offered some freebies for the shipping problems they have had. I couldn't be more pleased. Casey from support was super kind, friendly & helpful throughout. Thank you so much. I will be recommending Fum to all!

Looks like this is a scam sadly. Nearly a month now since I paid and they just constantly claim that they’re behind on their ordering. Hopefully others will avoid this

Ordered a Fum 2 months ago. They just keep sending emails saying its out of stock. Asked for a refund and now they don't even reply. Basically stole money, and I can guarantee I'm not the only one they have done this to. Next step is the UK ombudsman as they are a Canadian company and shouldn't be operating in the UK like this.
