I was a vaper for quite some time. It wasn’t until my dentist found precancer on my tongue that I decided enough was enough. I was able to get off the nicotine no problem, but the hand to mouth still existed. I read that the juices in e-cigarettes are what caused severe health problems, not necessarily the nicotine. It was then that I realized I had to cut the habit entirely. I found FUM and I was skeptical but none-the-less I had to quit vaping, my health depended on it. So I ordered the FUM kit. It took some getting used to because at first it felt weird not having the vapor come out. At one point I even took a hit of my old vape but after tasting the difference between the quality of FUM and the quality of the vape pen, FUM quality far surpassed the battery operated vape. I like the mango flavor, I wish it lasted longer. And I like the mint flavor. The mint lasts much longer than the mango. I want to try more flavors now lol. They are yummy. It’s a light taste. It’s not like that of a juice vape. But it seriously helps with nipping the unhealthy part of the hand to mouth habit. I feel better with FUM. The design of the pen is cool. It’s a little heavy but it’s made very well, no plastics, etc. the only downside is that the wooden part of the pen falls off and then you lose the cartridge. I think it needs to clip in a little better so it’s not falling apart when you pull it out of your pocket. Other than that, it’s really a cool product and I feel better using this than I do a vape pen. Hands down 100% recommend switching and putting the vape down. Thank you FUM.

Love the fum product itself. Great weight, looks stylish and the clicking from turning the barrel to regulate air flow is very satisfying for us ADHD people. Quit vaping, smoking and nicotine cold-turkey 3 weeks ago and fum helped me get there. Great product and well worth the price! Love the Cores Club as well. With free shipping and 30% off it makes my monthly spending on a bad habit turned good habit the same cost as one vape. Each core lasts 3 days and the base cores club is 9 cores so 27 days each month. The cores flavor last longer than 3 days most of the time so I can stretch some a day or two longer to get me through the entire month. Gave it 4 out of 5 stars for core flavors. Flavors aren’t terrible but after starting with crisp mint the other flavors just don’t do it for me. Some don’t taste great at all and others are just a disappointment compared to crisp mint.

I have never smoked in my life, but I am a lifelong fingernail chewer. I have tried many times to quit this habit, but Fum is looking like the thing to help me finally stop. It keeps my hands and teeth busy so I don't which helps me not notice that my fingernails are rough (which is typically why I chew) and even if I do I can't mindlessly chew. Overall, love the product and recommend it to anyone with a bad habit that revolves around hands or an oral fixation.

FUM is a great device and I always have one close by. The weight it on point and the twisting barrel helps with fidgeting. Love the Spearmint and Maple Pepper. The toppers are a must. I've had mine for 6 months and I wish I would have bought it sooner.

Fum is a great product, it made me realise that i dont need to smoke as I really didn't miss smoking at all. guess im lucky to have had no withdrawal symptoms.
