We absolutely do not buy or create fake reviews. That would go against the values we’ve built FÜM around, and we want the feedback people share about their experience to be genuine, whether it’s positive, negative, or somewhere in between. If you’d like to get a broader look at what customers are saying, we have a large collection of reviews on our website, including plenty of 2-, 3-, and 4-star reviews. You can use the filter and select “Newest” to see the reviews in chronological order rather than filtering by star rating.
