The fum helps me not smoke while driving. I believe this company is trying to do good in this world and i feel good supporting them. I've been a lifelong smoker (15+ years) and while i haven't fully quit yet the fum has helped me cut back a considerable amount and i thank them for that

So where do I start? I got the pack that comes with 2 of these and 9 cores (I also got an extra maple pepper because it sounded nice based on the reviews that I now know aren't real) I unboxed it with my mother, who was also trying to stop smoking. We opened pack after pack, both laughing at how extreme the false advertising was regarding ALL of the flavors. I'd bet my life that they're all staged, literally no one is going to say what was said about the flavors unless they were paid. The flavor of all of them is like "a hint of a hint of a hint of a hint of a hint of (flavor)", Imagine you're you're inhaling air in-front of a chewed piece of sugar free bubblegum from 3 meters away, that's as good as they get. I managed to make slightly better flavored "cores" myself on my second try and you can easily guess how I did it based on what I'm saying. The fidgeting mechanism has a slight "stuck" position when the opening is fully closed. I lost my one after about a week and of barely using it and I didn't care to look for it. My mother gave me the one I got for her because she hadn't even used it since we both tried it at my house, and I haven't even used it since then. I have never felt more misled in my entire life and I am 30. Also I did stop both smoking and vaping (2 weeks now), but it was nothing to do with this thing, at the very best the money I wasted on this slightly helped deter me from wasting money on worse stuff like cigarettes and vapes. Buy yourself something more useful instead like a motorbike with a 2000 watt air conditioner that comes out of the exhaust. The positive: The wood looks and feels nice, the metal seems (?) high quality, the "FÜM" engraving is neat and precise.

Füm has helped me change my bad habit into a good one! That is exactly what it is, a habit which needs to become more healthy. I get the hand to mouth experience with flavor while cutting out the bad habit. I have used a few methods to cut out that bad habit and always reach for my Füm first before anything else and have found it is usually just what I need, but do use other resources if needed in addition to keep me from wanting what else was in that bad habit, meaning other replacement therapies, but I'm able to cut back on those as well. I love that the Füm is also a fidgit toy and fits well in my pocket and can be basically concealed in my hand too. I luv my Füm!

Füm, you literally are selling expensive flavoured air… with flavours of things that cost normally $2 for a pricey 1000x markup to suck it through a straw… this doesn’t seem like a team of people with good intentions to help someone. No someone with good intention would have stopped at a reasonable margin profit. Greedy manipulation is what has fuelled this business and you’ve painted it to look like your saints trying to just help! That’s a laugh at anyone sensible enough to realise how vindictive and nasty this whole ploy ease. People coming to your company at a time of need and desperation shouldn’t be prayed on by horrible companies like this. Do not fall for the false paid reviews. Ordered one to try and quit vaping. starting with cinamon stick, its what i kinda expected. I started trying new flavors (personally not a fan of the fruity ones, just not strong enough for me) THE GAME CHANGER. The Mint flavor personally got me thinking i should be blowing smoke out. The aroma and how it coats ur mouth like a menthol is amazing. Would highly recommend this flavor, far above the others to cut down of vaping.

Absolutely love my Fum with Cinnamon Hearts! I've never been a smoker, but I've always been chewer. I'll chew gum, pens and clench my jaw until I get a headache. Fum has been great for my stress, my anxiety fidgeting, my weight -- and my pens!
