I ordered from FUM, my shipment was randomly returned to sender. I reached out for a refund, and was told multiple times that my case was "escalated" and they will get back to me soon. They never got back to me, so I had to open a dispute with my credit card company for a refund. FUM has horrible customer service and will steal your money. DO NOT buy from them.

This company is a scam. Do not order and products from them. They will not send what you order or refund any money. They literally are stealing money from people

I have tried one stick out of one of the packages of the fum . I decided to return it. I do not want that in my lungs and I don’t like the product and I’m trying to return it and get my refund and they have been messing with me for a month now, they just follow up with the same email every time even if I’ve asked them to call me and they will not call me. They are return my text and emails. With bogus reply, so I’m very disappointed if anybody buys this, they’re making a mistake. I have emailed I have tried to call. I can’t get a phone number that works for them so this is a Bogus company. Very bad customer service. if you ask me, my opinion, take heed. Don’t waste your breath on getting this to stop smoking, And I just got a recent email just now that says they will not and cannot refund my money or take the product back after I’ve tried one stick in one pen. What do you get when you order? This is a I bought extra flavors so I got a bunch of flavors with the one stick that I put in the smoking apparatus. The stuff that I ordered I paid a lot of money for this and I don’t like it. It’s like smoking air, No benefit whatsoever. so they’re saying no to helping me get my money back and taking their product back again, PS FUM I know that you’re not gonna post this review that’s why you look at them and make sure they’re good or bad and the bad ones get thrown out. I know how this goes. Well I’m not gonna stop here. I will be your nightmare and make sure nobody buys this.

The company is set up by someone and is now just fully run by bots with autoresponses. I've ordered a journey pack 7 September the package has been in transit with 0 updates since 11 September. customer support is a bot named jenn that has 1 response to your e-mails and 0 follow-up.

First of all I pay 117 minus 20% 95 dollars got 3 of the nasty flavors I pay a high price to get all flavors got my box 3 flavors in it the worst I text fum and told them my order wasn't right I didn't get my flavors they told me to return it then sent me a text saying I paid 69 and change do they not know people have receipts are they really out there I still have not received my flavors then after they tell me to return it they said they will tell me how much I get back after they receive it I want my flavors

Ordered the FUM solano device with a number of cores an entire month ago now, and they have only just shipped the cores, not the device I’d need to use the cores. Very over priced for what it is and so far absolutely terrible delivery timescales. The customer service guys are quite unhelpful as well and don’t seem to want to be transparent with why my device hasn’t been shipped yet. Very disappointed

Paid for the product, paid for 1-2 shipping. Product has not shipped nor will a real person respond. They have no phone number I can find. This is a pure rip off.

It’s garbage and does absolutely nothing . I bought the mint one and you mind as well eat a mint candy. I bought it from their site and sent them a request for refund two weeks ago five times I get the same automated response we will get back with you. I wasted $88.11 on garbage. I finally got tired of them avoiding me and made a complaint with the Las Vegas BBB. I will also be filing a complaint with the FTC. Don’t waste your money it’s garbage.
