Do not buy waste of money I’m very disappointed plus very expensive you can’t even fill the flavour!! returning looks like impossible task to do email after email still no refund Waste of time and money!!!

What made my experience great is that it actually helped me stop smoking. Im also thankful to receive some free product from the company for doing a short interview about using Fum etc.

I spent $76 on a kit that came with everything except the piece you need to actually put the inserts in. I contacted customer service to ask for the piece they didn’t send and they said I would have to buy another kit! What? You can’t send me the piece I already paid for. Now I’m literally going to throw it away because it’s useless and customer service said I can’t return it because the box was already open. How else was I to find out pieces were missing. Scam. Should have figured

I didnt order their product yet but wanted to so I checked the Reviews and saw that most of the reviews are 1 Star or 5 Stars and this seems really odd so my guess is that they just bought fake reviews or smt.... On the reviews I saw I can build a little map for myself and I think its to odd with the reviews... Im not buying...

The FUM has truly helped me Stop smoking and vaping. The flavored coils really help with the lack of nicotine. I had to get accustomed to not seeing the vape or smoke in the air but using the Fum as a fidget tool also helped with that. It can be used anywhere without effecting others space and has become my go to when stressed or bored.

I got an email from Füm offering FREE toppers using a promo code at checkout. I did so and toppers were added to my basket... for £8.95 Okay, FREE means £0 not £8.95 or any value above zero. Underhanded sly marketing tricks are not okay. Oh, and £93.82 (plus £8.95 "free" gift = £102.77) for a Füm stick, 3 flavour packs and "free but not free" toppers is crazy expensive, my vaping habit is far cheaper. Thanks Füm, but no thanks.
