I'm trying to use my new FUM, even watched a video from a user. His FUM device is exactly like mine, but he inserted the core into the bottom of the device; the opening on mine is much too small to do that with. Not sure about why this would be.

Can’t taste anything. Feel like I wasted my money.

Love the concept and love the device. The flavors, however, are horrible. I ordered the Journey Pack and haven't found a flavor I can stand.

I think if I do quit vaping with this, it will be through my own will power, and not because this is anything close to a substitute. The cores (I am on my 3rd less than 24 hours) have almost no flavour and the flavour they do have is gone in about 2 hours (not 3 days as they proclaim) the airflow being part of the "fidget" aspect is REALLY ANNOYING. This was an expensive purchase and it took me months of deciding if this was a financially viable option, and I wish I'd decided against it. Just suck a straw in an empty juice carton, it's about the same.

What an absolute waste. The price of FUM products is absolutely outrageous. They’re very basic. My FUM keeps coming apart my bag aswell. Where it’s been abandoned… I ordered my FUM, and it took 3+ weeks to come. For the cost of shipping… this should not have been the issue. Shipping was expensive aswell. Anyway it’s arrived… dumped in a tiny, squashed plain cardboard box so not even a nice packaging considering they’re amazing at marketing - to store it in on the side etc. nothing. So that’s another thing in poor taste considering the cost. No FUM packaging. Openned it - FINALLY. Used it and… was that it? Barely a flavour. Tried them all to make this work for me. Hardly any / weak flavour at all. Nothing. Spearmint was ok. So the fiddle tool is good. That’s why it’s not 1* however it does come apart easy and you can’t fiddle with it if you find the strength you want to pull air in at because it’s all connected. These should be separate. Poor design. So you can’t fiddle aswell as vape. Also this magnetic “free gift” FUM stand thing… not worth paying for mine was free but just more marketing. These guys are marketing geniuses for the awful product. Im obviously never ordering again but if I did, with such rubbish shipping time What’s the point as I’m gonna have to vape again whilst I wait right?

Super weak. Barely taste anything. If Andrew Schulz is pushing is it’s trash. Freeze pipe sucks to. This is a fidget toy.

The product is okay although very expensive for what you get. My main concern is the slow shipping. Shipping costs are high enough so that it shouldn’t take 2+ weeks to receive little packets where the user has no option but to return to vaping. I am unaware of anywhere but your website to purchase supplies. Also, I’m being inundated by almost constant advertising.
