purchased FUM starter pack and signed up for monthly refills core club. received the products was pleased with how it helped me stop smoking. the cores were to me not worth the price after trying them so I thought I cancelled my cores club membership until money was taken out of my account. i immediately contacted them to cancel the delivery but to date only a promise to refund and I'm back in the cores club without signing up. my payment due date is fast approaching again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I have sent countless emails looking a return address. I bought the dear steel pipe for £107 or something. Then these sneaky scammers take £57.50 out of my account. I have sent 5 emails without a reply now. I got a reply at the start then it went quiet when i said i wanted a refund as i did NOT sign up for a reoccurring payment plan… the product is TERRIBLE! It is not for smokers looking to quit. Its for KIDS if anything which is scummy

I have had such a bad experience with them. The product is great however they have ignored over 10 emails from me over the course of 3 weeks. My order didn’t arrive and they have purposely ignored me. I received one response saying they would ship me another one but they clearly didn’t mean it or do it. A week later and still didn’t arrive nor did I get any confirmation email. I’m sure they’re a scam because they charge a lot for support yet there’s no support. I am now finding it hard not to go back to vapes as I have no cores left. I am so angry at this and have never had such poor service in my life. This cost me over £100 and they’re still ignoring my emails. I don’t know what else to do to get my money back? PS: They just replied to this saying they have emailed me to save face but they LIED. They have not. They’re clearly avoiding trying to give me my money back or send me my product.

Bought this to try and stop vaping, expecting it to mimic the feel of a vape, it doesn't! Even on the most restricted setting there is no pull, I can see how it would work if it was better restricted but I'd be just as well vaping the lid off a biro. The flavours......I went for the citrus type mix and it's like standing over a pot of potpuree, just perfume, and everything has a strange liquorice flavour which I hate. I seen online someone ask if there isna refund policy and Fum responses to say please message us we are happy to help. So I did and was told there is no refund policy for opened products... so there no refund policy. If Fum truly believed this worked they would offer a money back guarantee. Do not buy this product, waste of time and money

I ordered over 2 months ago. Haven't received the item and the customer service is rubbish. They won't get back to me and I've been emailing them for about a month straight every day.

What can I say i'm "Fuming!!!" Never received my package, cost me over £100 and all you get back from customer service "Jenn" is it is being escalated. Then nothing happens again and again I keep hearing this. They even had the audacity to send me an email, saying if I posted a video review about the product I could have a full refund...how can I post anything about an item I have never received. I am now left to form fill, for the credit card company to try and help. Please don't waste your monely!!! it's made me want to smoke more than ever STRESS

The product is almost TOO good, to the point I fear they may put themselves out of business. I had quit cigarettes and switched to vaping, but was struggling to get off nicotine altogether. Fum gave me a safer alternative for managing the psychological/oral fixation side of my cravings. As time went on I gradually became nicotine free without really trying! I am also using the Fum less and less to the point where now I only really use it in social situations where others will be smoking.
