I ordered this recently. Former smoker, but just wanted something that would be less harmful than a non-nicotine vape. The problem I have with the FUM is the deceptive business practices. First, I don't like the price. Sure, its a well made product, but it is in essence, a fidget spinner with an aromatherapy wick in it. Second, the website does not make it clear that this product is NOT meant to be inhaled like a vape or cigarette. Do you remember those old comic book ads from the 1950's for a "polaris nuclear sub" kids playscape? They made it look like a real submarine you could climb in that "fired rockets and torpedos". Oh, and only for $5! People were probably pretty ticked when they found out it was just a cheap cardboard cutout of a submarine that you shoved foam "torpedos" through holes in it. It was almost a complete lie, and this product comes close to that level of stupidity. I was disappointed to find out that taking pulls from this may or may not actually kill your lungs with the essential oil wick in it. If you're an actual smoker, you will be disappointed that you have to draw into the mouth only and exhale through the nose. Not a good substitute. This is purposefully deceptive as it would turn a lot of people off if they knew off the bat. Lastly, like everything nowadays, they're banking on the subscription model to order their cores. I think this is more of a general problem with all businesses now, but it still is ridiculous that they think people aren't going to just realize these are just cotton filters with essential oil in them. Why would I subscribe? In fact, I just took the core out and I've been using it without anything. I'm sure if you're a trendy, young health conscious individual, it is quite the conversation piece, but not worth the price. You could cut a few pieces from a used plastic straw and probably have a similar effect.

I bought this product for Christmas present for my son. I kept on telling him to stop smoking but to no avail. I will see how he will react when he receive the item. So cannot tell how good it will be. Finger cross he’ll use it🤞the delivery was good no problem after few days it arrived 12/11/24.

No differant than E liqued juice with zero nicotine. The refillable type vape. We don’t know what is in this FUM stick ? Just like we don’t know what is in the non nicotine E liqued juice . FUM say they accept returns and will provide a return label, as long as unopened. I tryd for 2months to email and get a return label. After a month of lugging around this unopened box they write and ask again is it unopened? I say again with a photo !!! Yes please send label . They wait another 3 wks, still no label and FUM sends another email asking for a photo of unopened box ? I say I just sent it? 3 wks ago in the email ? This went on and on ? To date no return label still?

Didn't do me any good. I smoke for the nicotine not the taste. Bought 2 for me and someone. Both of us don't like it. Doesn't deliver the throat punch or feeling I'm looking for. Spent over $200 and unable to get my money back because the package has been opened. Scam. How am I supposed to know i like it without opening it and trying it? Return policy should be better than that. Over $100 for one device and not being able to return it after trying and not liking it is a scam. Do better.

Then they will be charging your credit card without your consent 95$ per month to send their bs product!! The will ignore all the emails!! You won’t be able to return & get refund unless you block your card!!

I ordered this product in early October to help quit some bad habits. I didn't think I could quit vaping cold turkey so I was very excited to give fum a try. Firstly, I ordered with express shipping and the order wasn't even fulfilled and ready to be shipped until after 5 business days. The express option I payed for said that the product would arrive within 3-5 business days. For some reason Fedex could not fully deliver the package and it was returned to the facility. Not a big deal, this happens. It had been about a week and a half of waiting and I realized that if I could get through the first week of no vaping then I could probably handle the rest. So I emailed customer service about receiving a full refund. "We are sorry the hear that and will be escalating your case" "please be patient and we will update you shortly" This is the email back I recieved evey time I reached out to ask for a timeline on when I'd see my money back. Finally, I got and different email stating that to process a refund, I'd have to wait for the company to recieve the order back from fedex. So I checked the tracking number fedex gave me for the return. The order had been back and signed off for for three days. I emailed back with a picture of the tracking showing that the product had been back at the facility for a while now and recieved the same unhelpful generic "we'll escalate your case". Finally, after almost a month since my time of purchasing, I got an email from what seemed to be a real person. It read, "your order has been returned to our facility we are happy to look into reshipping it for you" I emailed back stating once again, that I do not want the product returned, I want a refund. And still have not recieved an update or confirmation that they read my email back. Three days later, I get a whole different email, from a different person saying they'll cover the cost of reshipment and to review the customer service I recieved from the other person emailing me. I've stated so many times I just want my money back and clearly no one at they're company cares enough to actually read the emails I've been sending. I emailed the second person back saying very plainly I DO NOT want it reshipped and just want to see my money back. And guess what I got back as a reply "we are escalating your case..." I'm so beyond frustrated at the lack of help from this company. I payed 200$ for a product that I NEVER recieved and have been waiting a month for any real help. Wish I could post this review on their site but they only put the 5 star reviews up there. How convenient.

I’ve bought a lot from this store including 3 of the FUM starter packs. It’s a good product- yes. But they have only sent me two of the three starter packs. It has been months. I have made numerous enquires through customer service but they just don’t reply. It’s sad because it is a good product and has the potential to be a great business but they don’t seem to care about their customers. They have scammed me out of $180. So yes it is a good product but you are taking a gamble on whether you will receive it or not.

I ordered the most expensive option, but it never arrived. When I contacted the Post Office, I found out the package had been returned to the sender. However, customer service refuses to investigate and claims the package was delivered to me, despite the tracking evidence showing otherwise. Now, customer service is ignoring me, so I want to warn others about this scam.
