FÜMReviews of tryfum.com

The Journey Pack Falls Short This product was a huge disappointment. I purchased the Journey Pack along with extra toppers, and it felt like sucking down air with absolutely no benefit. If the company truly cares about helping smokers, they should offer a better price point for customers to try the product before committing to something like the Journey Pack. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and completely ineffective. I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

Very clever scammers. You order something from them and then add you to a monthly subscription and proceed to debit your card Do not use - be aware!! I have experienced real problems stopping the payments with my credit card company and fum Product was rubbish too.

It smelled amazing, I had high hopes it would help with the hand to mouth fixation. But it had no flavor! If i drew until I could draw no more air in, I could get a slight hint of flavor. I tried several different flavor cores and had the same experience. This thing ended up being a colossal waste of money and went into the trash.

I ordered my Fum but it got returned at customs after 2 weeks of wait time. I reached support and received information that they will resend it (email contained information that company will pay for the reshipment when the order was large enough for free delivery). Today I received email from delivery service asking me to pay for it (additional 40 eu). Currently I can't get any information from them despite multiple contact attempts. This all happened after paying extra for shipment protection! Save your nerves and don't order it or if you're really interested get it from 3rd party store since their support is awful. They didn't even want to provide me with ticket number of my case when asked Current wait time since order: 29 days. I will update the review about product itself if I manage to get it but this kind of service with such high price point is unfunny joke Update: - Total wait time: 41 days - I had to cover extra costs with 2nd delivery (Fum explained they don't cover duties and taxes but it wasn't the case with original delivery, question what was the difference between them remains unanswered) - When it comes to device itself I'm positively surprised, it's quality manufacturing and so far I tested only crisp mint core but it's actually quite good, for someone who tried to quit cold-turkey and after a month of not smoking and not knowing what to do with hands this can definitely help Overall I would rate the product itself at 3, maybe even 4 stars depending on other flavors, service remains as 1 star. Unfortunately it's very difficult to get any assistance when issues arrive so despite product being decent I can't really recommend ordering it. Changing review to 2 stars

I just got my Fum in the mail today.i like it mostly,I don't really like the rounded mouth piece I have a small mouth and the device seems heavy to me.I like the core flavors so far.I like the concept.A little pricey.Good product.

I spent £87 on a package for the base FUM device with core packs included. The device arrived with zero cores, rendering it totally useless. Upon raising this to the FUM team - they then stated that the order number is not recognised? I have then sent proof of bank transaction references, copy and attached their confirmation email to the thread to which they said “can you check the numbers on your confirmation”? I literally forwarded their email… Since then, i was informed it was being looked into further which I have politely asked for an update twice to be ignored. They responded within the hour when I initially raised the issue and now I haven’t had a response in a week. I feel like it’s a very shady product/company and I held off writing a negative review to give them a chance. £87 down (not cheap!) and I’ve been provided with a useless FUM device. Really poor.

I am completely dissatisfied with FUM products and customer service. The cores taste horrible with the exception for one of the mint flavors. FUM does not send reminder emails for auto orders as other reputable companies do. I was only "reminded" when I received the email stating that the order was getting ready. This was at 12:46am. Four minutes later, I emailed asking to cancel the order and the response I received at 6:51am was we will get back to you. Next thing I know, the shipment is on the way. The website states, "If you need to cancel an order, please contact support (via email) with your order number and reason for cancellation.". How fast does a customer need to email a cancellation request, 30 seconds?!! I returned the unopened package at my cost and was only partially refunded for no logical reason.

This product is a scam - avoid. Let me save you $150 AUD Get a straw.. spray with some water and squirt a lemon on the inside.. Suck. This product is pitched as an amazing alternative to vapes, and smoking. For the pleasure of $150 AUD you will receive a small nice looking metal tube with a wooden top, and a few packs of flavours. Flavours a small cartridges that smell and taste like something you would put in an oil defuser. Pitched as one try and you'll swap in videos across social media. Absolute rubbish. I find it hard to believe that anyone would try this and swap. I cant help but believe that the majority of these reviews are fake, meaning a very clever marketing campaign. No google page for google reviews is always a sign of this. So after one try.. I didnt like, didnt want.. and wanted to return for a refund. Of course they dont refund if the pack is opened and used.. of course. Support.. sorry but no.. in simple terms. So $150 aud down and a very expensive short straw. 100% suggest avoiding this nonsence.
