Absolutely the WORST customer service in the industry. A bottom line focused company that does nothing to make for a satisfactory buying experience. Every step in the transaction involves waiting. Calling the "call center" took 26 minutes on hold today, and resulted in NO satisfaction because the "call center" can't speak to the dispensaries. I placed an order 21 hours ago and have not yet been notified that it's ready. Good product though, after a fight to get it.

They blocked or deleted my comments. Place hasn't changed and has gotten worse. Website all screwed up. Keep promising improvements lol. Better to let someone take over who knows what they are doing and stop jerking patients around.

I have ordered online several times simply because the wait to shop line is ALWAYS OVER 2 HOURS! Well guess what? My order that I placed in Nov- syill processing - made an order early this am before they opened still processing 6 hours later- tried to chat online with someone they said that it can take till the close of business! What? It truly makes me appreciate the other choices I have in town AVOID THE FORT WALTON LOCATION! RUDE NO HELP AND YOU WAIT FOREVER TO BE TOLD IT IS OUT OF STOCK ECT... And forget online its worse!

They are impossible to do business with. App doesn’t work, can’t call, and website is problematic. I ordered same product 2 weeks in a row - 10% lower THC second time! Different strains every time, no way to know THC levels until you buy. Last time I bought high THC Pineapple UDC only to find out it had been opened and product short. They will exchange, but 18 mile round trip to do so. Worse company I have HAD to deal with in years!

Went there on ground day. The computers weren’t working as happens often. They charged me twice for my order. They tried to credit my account instead of giving me my money. When I said no all of a sudden it’s going to take overnight for them to research!!! TRULIEVE IS TERRIBKE!!! Curaleaf here I come!!!

Everytime I order online it takes hours to get filled and almost without exception they are out of something on the order. Today I placed an order at 11:30 and have still not received a confirmation five hours later. The chat session is useless. All I could get from the support person is that "my order was being filled"
