TrulieveReviews of trulieve.com

The Trulieve on Beach Blvd on Jacksonville is trash. I have never seen such disorganization in a company. You order online the order never get filled. You walk in and have to wait 45 mins to an hour, Customer service sucks and parking is totally out of wack! This establishment need to get it together for their customers.

I put my order in Monday at 10:13 am didn’t get a call back until Tuesday at 707 am to pick up my order so at lunchtime I go up there and she says the system is being changed and it would be a few hours so I left came back today Wednesday at lunch she wait 45 minutes that turned into a hour and a half . Seriously it’s like spongebob and Patrick are running this place it just gets worse every visit staying patient with them isn’t working they need to fire everyone and start over

More and more as each day passes I can't stand trulieve anymore their stock sucks there's never anything available and when there's something available the only let you have one one joint come on one joint one ground I got 2.5 oz to fill every month I can't even feel it it's not even worth me getting it anymore I can't even get my hands on anything stop throwing the expensive strains you're trying to make more money we're looking for a discount more ground and more doobies let's go you going to continually ignore us and then a lot of people to get frustrated and just not go anymore and I'll bring my business somewhere else or I'll just cancel my license all together cuz this is bulshit having to scour each website for one product that they don't even have I can't stand it and if you keep this up you will be the worst Dispensary on this Earth You just frustrating and stressing us out thanks for nothing and I'm going to continue on reviewing it just as I see it you got to give away your expensive pot with 30% because nobody wants it

I have tired Truelieve at multiple locations around the Orlando and Daytona area and found that they have 1 absolute certain common trait, the worst customer service in the market. I am intrigued by the product offerings they have and with our states ignorant regulations, it makes same brand competition between dispensaries less common than some states. So know that I would LOVE nothing more than to be a frequent consumer of Truelieve but every single time I do into a store in the Daytona or Orlando area (I live in between) I get treated like I am at the DMV. Doesn't matter that I ordered online, or that I checked in, or that I am waiting in my car 30 minutes after I checked in, all in an effort to be as Covid safe as possible. I still get told by the receptionist quote "it will take as long as it takes. We are busy and online orders don't take priority." Obviously customers aren't a priority either as there is NEVER seems to be a manager there that cares to be bothered with a customer who feels they aren't being treated respectfully. SO until someone in Truelieve reads a review such as this and realizes, they better solve the customer service issues before less regulations come, or they will certainly find themselves in the company of past retailers who waited too late to put the customer experience first.

Trulieve has set up their system so they can steal cannabis from people (they even make sure to do it only on days I actually do come in). There's around 3/4 oz missing from what I'm supposed to have, leaving me without any medication for the holidays, actually, 3 weeks. We need to replace these people and the system they have set up. And no, it's not necessarily the people in the store, it's the system.

Basically, all the people who gripe about, no products available, not getting delivered what they order, no bud, no edibles etc, have hit the nail on the head. There is NO customer service, no response to emails, phone calls, no results from sitting online to chat with some one for help. I am a stock holder and wonder what kind of lies are being told to help keep up their stock price. I as a customer think this company is what Andrew Left called it a couple of years ago.... The biggest scam and fraud out there.

The most incompetent company. Never has any product, and I have been waiting 7 days to hear anything about my last order. Called three times, same old company lines. String along patients who need meds to keep fast growth despite other options. Finally checked out Rise...10 minutes and picking up product on Monday. Trulieve can go to hell!

They cancel orders if they are out of ONE of the products you ordered. They won't even deliver what they do have in stock.. No calls no nothing. This happens all the time. All the time. The worst customer service on the planet.
