Only one staff member was taking customers, and one other employee was checking people in and running back and forth between the register and the front desk. Other employees were standing around outside as a line began forming, just for a man in a kilt to finally come inside the building to actually work another register. The whole experience took almost an hour and frankly was unacceptable. Manager needs to set up any sort of structure.

This store is the slowest store I have ever been to. It’s not once in a while it’s every time.

I was lied to about the great discounts I would receive. I came home and added it up. NO DISCOUNT AT ALL! Now let's talk about the hired help. Oh wait, he was no help at all! I have gotten great deals every time I have purchased from Surterra and INSA which is where I will continue to frequent. I do not recommend Trulieve.

It's been nearly a year that I asked Trulieve to put chairs out at least in the medical line, so standing for a long time can be avoided. Guess what? They always say it's a great idea and they never have done it. Harvest used to have plenty of chairs.

Dropping trulieve into permanent 2 star status. as with all the larger names, MUV, Surterra, Etc., this place only grows hybrid stock and labels it whatever. even the designer labels that arent from trulieve (the named growers every big shop features, alienlabs etc.) youre gonna get some stock trash thats nothing like what its supposed to be. $110 1/4 of flower not only was there 15 dollar an eight small flower in a bag of what was supposed to be alienlabs indica, but every single sticker on the bag was different. i had a 1/4 ounce of flower that was simultaneously 3 different things on the 3 different labels and yet, a fourth cheap flower not even remotely what was advertised and purchased. the concentrates and vapes are all sub par. just another big place happy to offload last months stale stock onto you.

I recently wrote a review on Yelp and you guys hit me up and I just wanted to let you know that the trulieve in Apache Junction is not the one that upset me the one I got upset with is on Alma School and McClellan in Mesa I walked in and there was nobody at the counter to take my ID so I just walked over to the line where the customers wait and the manager lady came out started yelling at me and told me I'm supposed to go to the line where the people go to order it on the internet to show my ID and how am I supposed to know it's the first time I've ever been there but she yelled at me in front of everybody it made me look stupid so I ain't never going back in there, and why is it when I go up in there the cheapest eight is like 25 bucks I get them for 10 bucks at Nirvana after tax

I asked the associate to dispense syringes under inhalation. He said that he would. He didn't. Some corporate troubleshooter named Phil was of no help. Left me with not enough mgs for the entire period. Go pound sand in your ass. I'll find a dispensary that can dispense properly the first time.
