Amanda S at Brandon Location helped me. The staff is always very friendly and amazing with my twins. I have to bring my 3 year old twins with me 90% of the time and they are always accommodating to them as well with smiles and sometimes stickers or candy. The wait time is rarely past 10 minutes. They are very educated in all areas and normally all my questions are answered right away without having to ask anyone else. They have the best quality products for the best price around. I would definitely recommend this place.

I am very familiar with marijuana dispensaries as I live in Colorado. My mother who is up in years I got a license and shopped at this place and they were completely unconscionable. They up sold her two doses that would have really hurt her, they will not return anything. Or exchange. I do not think they really know what they're doing they are just in this for the profit. They gave her a tincture of 80% THC to go to sleep. She would've been in the hospital on that. Do yourself a favor and find a completely different dispensary. Decent product when you can get it, however, they are operationally deficient. Their “customer centric” CEO has a lot to learn or still teach when it comes to customer service. My orders were so regularly wrong that nearly every order comes with a 10% discount. I would happily given the 10 % back to be able to get what I ordered and have it delivered when THEY said they were going to deliver it. Multiple times I have driven nearly an hour to the store with an order confirmation in hand only to be told they don’t have my order. Not that it isn’t ready yet, but that they had sold my order to someone else and they didn’t have any more product. It is supposed to be first come first serve, but I have caught the New Port Richey store numerous times not honoring this. The experience store to store varies widely, and that is the number one indication of a poorly run operation at the top. No way to contact your local store. They have a call center in Tallahassee that acts as a middle man, but all they do is get in the way. They would be far better off handling customer service locally. They open a new store nearly every week, so all their money is focused on growth, NOT servicing their existing customers and it shows on regular basis.

I have been a customer of the Ft. Lauderdale store since it opened, before Covid-19 and was always a satisfied customer. Since Covid, I have switched to delivery which is convenient but was getting to be too long of a wait, 2-3 days for my order to arrive. So, I ordered online to go pick-up and today was my day to arrive. I did the mobile check-in and walked in, the ladies at the intake desk knew my name and saw that I checked in, so I sat and waited for about 10 mins, which is a normal wait from my experience. Then to my surprise, Rudy was my associate to check out with and he has always been very nice and attentive. Today was no different as Rudy chatted with me and made me feel at ease during my first Covid visit to the store. Thank you Rudy, and I definitely will pick-up again. You are a gem and I hope they know it there! The process has been adjusted for everyone's safety and I appreciate the new systems that were put in place. Good job Trulieve!

Fort walton fl store has very poor customer service. I have been shorted flower that was paid for 3 days ago, still waiting for phone call to make it right. I'm out the money and the product, Fort walton fl store fixed the problem with great customer service

This is second time I have visited the jensen beach store , latoya the security guard was welcoming , friendly and very helpful, The customer representative Travis did a good job getting everything I needed .

As usual, being over 65, I placed an order for 5 items on line for home delivery. This has worked very well in the past, but this time it was infuriating to me. I received an order confirmation the next day saying “the order is in progress and will be out for delivery”. It did not say when the delivery was to be at all. I looked online for delivery info and there was no info. I tried calling the call center, I tried online over and over. The “chat line” to get info is a joke, no one answers. After waiting at home for an unknown delivery date & time for 2 days, I finally got a text saying delivery in 13 minutes. The delivery came with only 1 of my items. They have not had my usual medication for a while now, so I used a substitute last time. I ended up going to the store the same day as the delivery to get the substitute again....surprise, they don’t have that now either. I had to end up trying yet something else new to me. None of this substitutes have worked for me. I cannot sleep and I am so frustrated not having what I need. The staff tries hard to help me, but their hands are tied. Please stop the madness.
