They are the worst possible company. They have no respect for their customers. I make orders that they don’t deliver. They don’t answer their phone. Don’t respond to any contact whatsoever. Also you call and hold and get disconnected. They waste your time. They lie on the phone to you. Anything to get you off the phone and not help you. The worst.

Terrible terrible terrible,I hope someone comes along and does a much better job,and wipes them out,and runs them out of business they treat their customers like crap.

I shop at the St.Augustine Trulieve location. Most of the time everything goes smoothly, however, with the holidays things can get complicated. So I just want to give a shout out to Dennis, I believe he is a a manager at this location, twice now he’s had to deal with me and both times has impressed me. Thank you Dennis for making things right, instead of mishandling the situation, you did what a good manager would do and corrected the situation. I left a happy girl and for this reason will be back! Thanks again!

If I could leave a zero I would one star was actually being generous! I cannot for the life of me understand how grow healthy, one plant, and Curaleaf have it together every time but Trulieve on the other hand is a joke they’re not getting better they’re getting worse two months in a row they could not be bothered to put my 7 g back into the MMU that they owed me for an exchange dozens of calls later which of course takes an hour and a half or two hours of your time several emails sent to the Dania dispensary no reply no follow up you never fixed! And I love the fact that you can never get in touch with anyone at any Trulieve dispensary ever but you can call any other dispensary no problem! I am so disgusted with Trulieve I will never ever order from them again ever ! they cannot even get a delivery order right that they charge for by the way everyone else delivers for free! I am not the type of person to leave terrible reviews for anyone but at this point the stupidity is out of control at the Dania dispensary ! When you place an order in seven days later they cancel it black tuna no call nothing never filled it just cancel that a week later you make an exchange they deduct off your allowance and can never put it back on! They seem to think they are the only dispensary in Florida well they’re not so just a warning to anyone don’t waste your time unless you enjoy being stressed out and jerked off! I have been ordering from them for a year and never in my life have I seen such horrible customer service go right down the toilet worse and worse every month! Tell me how I order from three other dispensaries and my order is not only filled but delivered for free within 24 to 48 hours and good luck going for your pick up order at Dania that takes an hour and a half maybe two hours for a pick up order that’s ridiculous unacceptable! So sad to say I will no longer be a true customer and will always support the dispensaries that have it together!

I go to Trulieve in Orange Park and St. Augustine, Florida. I have always found the staff at Trulieve extremely kind and friendly but on Dec. 21, at the Orange Park store Roshanda went above and beyond to correct my order and make it possible for me to have a good holiday. There has been a lot of confusion with orders lately but your staff is amazing through it all. Please thank Roshanda for her great work!

After I posted a bad review of Stuart delivery service I got a call from a lovely lady , April, who went over what they were out of and suggested replacements. I think they are really trying. Great job trulieve.

Also,don't waste your time ordering any ground or minis,cause when you get there,they going to tell you some some bull crap about did you get a confirm email(which doesn't exist)...it means you're not getting it.All the trulieve in Jacksonville is trash and the customer service is ruled..don't waste your time ordering ground or minis,cause the workers got them for there special purposes...I been living here a year and can never afford these ridiculous prices and the services is bad..I have to relocate

There was a time when Trulieve would have gotten a 5 star review from me, but no longer. You place orders with Trulieve and they never contact you to let you know your order is ready. Then if you try to contact Trulieve via their chat help system, you are told that you have to go to the store in person to check when the order might be ready. Then you go to the Trulieve only to find out that they don't have everything their web site said they had. Oh, and if you want your incomplete order, you still have to wait around for an hour or so to be called back for the purchase. I ordered from Trulieve yesterday and waited nearly 24 hours before contacting their chat help system. Same thing as the past several orders from Trulieve. I had to go to the store and see when the order would be ready. Upon arrival, I was told they didn't have all that I ordered and I'd have to wait another hour just to buy the portion they did have. This is literally the 5th order from Trulieve where something like this has happened. 1/2 the time the people working the front desk act like they couldn't care less about this issue and try to blame the "corporate" boogey man. But who could blame them? Sit around in the lobby of the Jax Beach Trulieve for and hour and you'll hear a dozen or more other people come in complaining about this same problem I had. There are plenty of other dispensaries in my home town. I will start using the other places and recommend to others they do the same.
