Dania store is crazy. The two very poor customer service men at the counter had to yell at anyone coming up to them, as the noise in the horrible crowded ( Covid-19?) waiting room was deafening. Poor sound quality and overcrowded. I waited one hour outside only to find they did not have my product. I will never go back there. There is no order. It is chaos. The security guard wouldn’t talk to me when I asked if there was a line. Worst experience for me. Won’t go back.

I stopped into the FORT PIERCE location to pick up BLUE DREAM at 25% THC. The staff members like Noah, Treneir, Barb and Nijera were so friendly it made the whole experience awesome! The FORT PIERCE location is much bigger then other trulieve stores which means more cash registers and less waiting. The BLUE DREAM had a slight berry smell thanks to it's BLUEBERRY parent, and was a delight to medicate with. The effects from this strain is what makes it stand out, very dreamy relaxing feeling like floating on a cloud. Every unit of BLUE DREAM weighted out almost 4 grams which was a bonus. Thank you FORT PIECE TRULIEVE! PEACE!

I live in Orlando, Florida and decided to try Trulieve Dispensary. First, you have to make an online account which is not user friendly. Second, NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, so trying to find out anything is difficult. THE PRODUCTS ARE RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED and the SELECTION IS TERRIBLE. I ONLY HAD THREE PRODUCTS TO CHOOSE FROM BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAVE FLOWER IN STOCK. THE STAFF THINKS THEY KNOW IT ALL.. My opinion of the staff is that NOT ONE OF THEM HAD A COLLEGE EDUCATION OR SPOKE DECENT ENGLISH. Racist you might say they are. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. AS USUAL A CORPORATION DESTROYS SOMETHING GOOD FROM THEIR GREED. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE . Harvest House of Cannabis is a much, much, better choice folks. TWO THUMBS DOWN. NO BUENO

I wish to comment about Trulieve dispensary on Davis Highway in Pensacola. The Company lie’s. Yesterday I placed an order to be delivered. An hour after the order, they called me back and told me my order was ready for pick -up! I tried calling them back but to no avail. They don’t answer any phone calls. They don’t answer any emails. So after calling them four time and waiting on the phone for over 2 hours for a reply and never getting a callback, I went over to the dispensary. At the dispensary I was informed i needed to request that to happen when I placed the order, which I had already done. I informed the manager that as long as I was already there, I would just as soon pick up the order while there. She informed me that I would need to wait, which I did for nearly 40 minutes before being called into the dispensary sales area. First they claimed that they was making the place special in the first hour of business for the elderly as they are at risk customers. I waited about 40 minutes as 6 younger customers, all under 60 years of age got their product. Now here’s the beef, They don’t deliver to the elderly. They firewall their communications systems so that it is near impossible to call them and get a real person to speak with. My advice, don’t go there!
