The middleburg Fl location is always so slow. The drive thru creeps along. Average wait time can be 20 min or more in the express lane. It’s ridiculous. This company makes enough money to hire more employees and employees who are able to multitask. Stop getting high on the job so you can do your job efficiently.

The bud expert didn’t give me his name (I had a mobile order) he walks away (when I’m at the one at home I have to sit and wait to be called) a woman comes out and said can I help you. I told her I was being helped thank you. She said oh he’s been waiting for you. Never got “his name” I go to the counter he lips a product I. Front of me and points I can’t see because I have bad eyes the Trulieve by me in south Florida reads me my order and every product but he still points. Then I thought maybe he’s deaf as he Hadn’t said a word. I’m hard of hearing so I tried to sign and also spoke clearly in case he was a lip reader. He kept pointing. I told him I cannot see the label so he just threw it in the bag with the rest of my order. Of course I had an issue w my debit cards fraud alerting me so I went to ATM (I swear they do that on purpose) LOL. I came back gave him my cash as I’m still speaking to him he takes my cash hands me back a few dollars and literally slams my bag down still without saying a word I would hope if he was dead he would have a name tag that says please be patient I’m dead. My nephew wears something similar so when he’s at work people don’t think he’s weird but he can read lips if this gentleman wasn’t dead then he’s very rude and I will never go back to this Trulieve. All I can say is he has a hat on with a beard and didn’t speak. Therefore never even getting his name to speak to management when I got home.

Products are completely solid but the carts for some reason always are very harsh no matter where I get them from. Walked in to the store regardless to try the live resin cart. I enjoy cannabis for its flavor and smell. And live resin extraction process highlights those two details of canabis. My experience with flower was different than with the live resin cart. Although both top notch and quality in their own categories. Live resin carts were not my preferred thing. I was rushed by the staff from the moment I walked through the door who didn’t even tell me all the specials they had for the day. You can be stoned and not fried. There’s a difference between making mistakes and being fried. You’re trying to make sales and don’t have anything back it up. Get yourself together we’re not 18.

Who ever is making the metal containers for the gummies is inconsiderate for elderly and people who do not have alot of strength. I have to open them for my wife and they are a pain. It made me think of elderly persons who are less fortunate to have someone assist them in opening these containers. Very inconsiderate. Who ever engineered these containers failed or did not test them enough and need to be fired. I took the container apart to see how it was designed and it's horrible. Same concept as a typical vitamin bottle however the clearance on the lockers is far to low to get a decent bit when downward force is applied. To me if someone is paying the kind of money they are to get these products they should not have to hire someone or ask someone else to open them. Inconsiderate design. I know it's supposed to be for safety but it also needs to be for convenience of the consumer as well. What a design flaw. At that if these are being tightened by hand in a factory there needs to be a common torque spec applied, that would be the only other option I would see as a fix because some of these have been far more torqued than others. Get it right, not too tight.

GA , I am writing this review I used to love this dispensary it was go to dispensary But I don’t know what happened or who is managing this dispensary but I don’t think leaving people in the lobby and not having a greeter to acknowledge that your there is not right every other dispensary has a person greeting you also they have fantastic strains but they only send two or three trays for 300 or more patients I don’t get that . When you have a strain with high THC and terps send enough for everyone to enjoy . There are so many things I would change But one thing they can’t take away they have so many strains to chose from some better than others But I also go to jungle boys who have greeters and enough for all but way to far for me so for now Trullieve is my go to dispensary. One thing thumbs up for helping put recreational on the ballot this year . And I haven’t seen the girl who never smiles and when she is there I don’t like going in specially if she is serving me

The wait is long and the parking is not adequate at the location used. Sometimes you may have a problem with the product but it's too inconvenient to return after the wait it took to receive. I never get a senior discount anymore on the affordable products, not do I accumulate any points. I stopped asking about it even though they advertise availability. Sometimes you do better getting your needs met with another source. It's too time consuming to shop at trulieve, online or walk in. They should try having customers to choose their pick up time like others do....jmo.

The Trulieve in Inverness Florida is usually great, even though they are understaffed. My issue is WHY are you making them open the doors to the dispensary area? This is just INVITING armed robbery, and you don't let your employees carry a firearm at work. It's scary in the waiting room thinking of that.

Finally! A return to great experiences at Trulieve Tyrone on Sunday and Monday. The store seemed well organized and on top of serving the customers.
