If I could give zero stars I would. I have NEVER gone online to rate a company but this is the most incompetently run business I think I've ever encountered. Over the course of less then 48 hours they cancelled THREE of my orders because the items were out of stock. The customer service girl's explanation was that "they do high volume and run out". I politely explained to her (really I was nice-it's not her fault) that this was ridiculous. You know your inventory, every time you sell a unit, deduct one from the total. Am I missing something here? Why are you allowing people to place orders for product you have already sold out of? This is not complex programming. It is literally simple subtraction. Then to make it worse they never bothered to text me and tell me they had simply cancelled my order. THREE times in less than TWO days!!! Really? You take my number and say "we'll text you when it's ready" and then just never text me? I don't think this place is being run by people that are up to the task. Two days and I have been unable to place an order. I just did without last night. Save yourself time and frustration. Go to MUV or one of the other dispensaries that can figure out how to square sales with inventory. Again, it ain't quantum physics guys.

The worst customer service ever especially in Melbourne Florida! They don’t give a damn about you or honor your wait time.

I like going trulieve I never have a problem with them. They respectful know you by name or by face. By far Jilliane us they best worker. She always make sure you leave happy. And I always do

Trulieve is a faking joke - by far the WORST dispensary out there. Nobody answers the phones, you have to wait like an hour for someone to answer you on chat and of course they are always completely useless. Constantly getting calls after placing an order that my items are 'not in stock' - then take them off the facking website. They charge $15 for delivery no matter how much you purchase - and their deliveries take like 4 DAYS!!!! use growhealthy rapid delivery for FREE same day delivery. Their CS people are rude as hell, their flower is overpriced and usually sucks, doesn't even get you high except for a FEW strains. Only thing they have going for them is edibles, hopefully the other dispensaries get edibles soon so I NEVER HAVE TO GO TO TRULIEVE AGAIN!!! FOOK THIS PLACE!!!

Stuart Trulieve is the absolute worse. Order at 8:30 am to pick up ASAP. Get a text at 4pm that it is ready. Then another 30 minutes to wait after I get there. Not to mention most of the employees couldn’t care less. And the prior week my order got cancelled two days after I made it and I received a call they were out. That’s not customer service. I don’t care how great their weed is or their prices. I don’t have the time to waste to do this.

Trulieve has great products at a competitive price. They offer the cheapest flower currently on the market as well. However, TRULIEVE, SUCKS. Every single location I have ever been to in the last two years has messed up at least one thing per order. Trulieve is the Walmart of the medical marijuana industry. People are practically forced to shop there because some of their prices are so low, yet it may not even be worth it considering the painful process of getting things right here. I've also never waited as long in any other dispensary. Gear up for a 1-2 hour wait at pretty much any location, regardless of online or walk-in orders. WOW! Place an order and it says it's ready for pick up? Joke's on you, the employees will most likely give your order to someone else, mark it as picked up even though it wasn't, mark it as complete even if it isn't, put the items back if you sign in and THEIR system glitches, etc. I can not tell you how many problems I have had with this company and practically ALL of its employees within a 150 mile radius in central Florida. DO NOT attempt the website, you will pull your hair out! 99% of the time their website crashes, glitches at checkout and screws you out of your order because everything goes out of stock so fast, the chat option is only there half of the time, and if you do get to chat with an employee (don't let your screen time out or lose wifi for even a moment...your chat will glitch and your 30 minute wait will have to start all over again!), they often are no help at all. They won't even allow you to call the stores directly. This company very clearly does not care about customer satisfaction, their employees, or running smoothly. All they care about is profit and the customers DEFINITELY pay for it in wasted car trips, overpriced or incorrect orders, and an overwhelming amount of stress just ordering anything, because you know something will go wrong. Trulieve is a big disappointment waiting to happen every single time I place an order. Do yourself a favor and shop at Liberty Health Sciences, they actually care about us and never get an order wrong.

Lakeland location. I want to start off with the staff. They are usually welcoming and friendly. But 50% of the time there online system sucks you get there and they tell you oh we don’t have your order when you clearly have the email confirmation it means nothing to them I guess.100% of the time there parking sucks. People are parking across the street at a library when trulieve system tells you there is a 10 minute wait, with a parking lot flooded with cars???????? Obviously somethings wrong with their system they need to work it out and get it straight so that the patients could come in and out easily with their medication not get their frustrated and leave even more frustrated.

Want to give a shout out to Trulieve Deerfield Beach drivers/delivery team, Wilburto and Nicole S. Not only have they been on point every step of the delivery by texting and calling, they are very personable and anxious to help in answering any questions or concern. They clearly love their jobs. Great employees! Thank you for the professional, yet, personable, way you do your job.
