5/5 stars — Shout-out to Kelly Steckler! I give this dispensary 5 out of 5 stars solely because of the outstanding customer service provided by Kelly Steckler. Every time I come in, I see her working hard, treating every patient with kindness, and maintaining a consistently sweet and welcoming attitude. She truly stands out! Unfortunately, the management and teamwork leave a lot to be desired. At times, it seems like the budtenders have more knowledge than the managers, and some managers appear to take advantage of their positions rather than lead by example. It’s also disappointing to see some employees working hard while others seem unwilling to put in the same effort. It’s sad to see a place with so much potential be held back by a lack of teamwork, accountability, and consistent leadership. The difference in work ethic is noticeable, and it shows in the overall experience. Great job, Kelly! Your hard work, kindness, and dedication to your customers do not go unnoticed. You are a shining example of what excellent customer service should look like
