Lady at front desk was rude when I did an online order and it didn’t work ... website showed everything I ordered was in stock and it wasn’t... then one of the people in the back dispensing product got definitely angry when my mask slipped under my nose when I was talking to the person who is dispensing me my products and made me fix it then butt it in our conversation and was definitely rude asking me questions trying to start a problem .... I’ve had my card for two years since I was able to in Florida and 50% of the time I go to Trulieve I’m let down , just go somewhere else trust me.

Fort Lauderdale location is wonderful. Hurtz was extremely helpful and was friendly. I love this place! Been going since October 2020 and everyone is Great and that made ME feel comfortable.

Sorry but whoever updated your website messed it up. Its impossible to sign in. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but i sure am. Have to go to a different despensary which is farther away..

It's sad because I really like the product here the best which is why I'm even giving 2 stars however, the employees are literally the RUDEST in the business!! Every other dispensary I've been to the employees are so friendly and helpful! And it's like this at every location I've been to thus far!! Another thing is I have to drive to the store constantly because the website is always inaccurate and says there is no product at all and it takes almost an hour to speak to anyone at the call center!!

Unreliable! Got notice my order is being delivered. 4 days later, after a dozen calls going unanswered, I found out they chat that they cancelled my order in error. Now I’m supposed to wait another 7 days because they will not do anything to help restore my order so it can be filled quicker than a whole week

The Wesly Chapel store is the worst! Always out of a lot of product ie 9lb hammer and skywalker og flower is ridiculous. The stems in 9lb are getting too big and too many. All you get is excuses! Shut it down or stock it!

I truly hope the Sarasota store gets more organized and better customer service at the front desk. I have been going to that location for two years and the wait times haven’t improved and the customer service at the front desk is the reason I walked out today without purchasing. It appears this store has grown, which is great, but they need to get much more organized. The wait times are extremely long and if you place an online order you can’t modify it once you’re there, unlike their competitors. The people that work at the front desk are the patients first point of contract so it’s important to have the right people staffed in the right positions. I hope this location improves. I do enjoy their products but it’s a lot of aggravation and so time consuming, it shouldn’t be like that.

Product is good, if you have multiple hours to wait. Even if you pre-order, you still wait as if you were walking in. Website is never accurate.
