Although Trulieve is one of the largest medical marijuana providers in Florida the Largo and Clearwater @ Gulf-to-bay stores seldom have what the web indicates is on sale or a special deal. I mentioned this to their customer service via email and received a response of basically "drive all over the county" to get standard products. As with a lot of their current/previous customers I found they had good inventory of flower and wax products but anymore you are lucky if there is ANY wax available and usually a limited selection of any type of flower product. Not sure if this is a local management problem or corporate is squeezing the stores but there are way too many other dispensaries in the area to keep being disappointed by Trulieve. Also, watch the container seals and weight. Just a word to the wise.

This review had I made it when I 1st started going trulieve when they cared and when strains where in stock and managers did what they said but until they fix the issue with never having cake strains I'll have to give it 1 star. I'm being very picky yes but that's why it's medication not let's guess if this works today. Imagine thing Walgreen and picking up your warfarin and they give you other item.

I went for the first time to Trulieve yesterday. I have a medical marijuana card and Nate took me into a consulting room, and he was amazing! So thorough and really knows his stuff.

Trulieve palm coast location is terrible . They consistently use the bait switch technique by advertising a lower price item on their website then telling you when you arrive to pick up your medicine that they don’t have it and then push you to buy a more expensive product. They’re completely aware of their deceptive marketing practices yet continue to do so . They choose not to do anything about it . They have done this to me and a number of friends five weeks in a row now. If you live in the palm coast area my suggestion is to bypass trulieve and go to surterra. Never have they treated me or anyone I know as poorly as trulieve has and continues to do.

The trulieve website is so worthless it never has accurate information to whats actually in stock. My trulieve hasn't restocked wax or flower in forever and I just renewed my license to not be able to buy anything with it. -.-

Very disappointed 11 am monday. I order 4 minis. For delivery or I would drive an hour. They call me back 2 sorry we made a mistake all out of minis this is not the first time. I'm tired of trulieve n I do a lot of buisness with them

Trulieve does not pay their employees on time. They also hired the boys from Sunshine Cannabis as street cred. The Sunshine cannabis crew spends their time harassing small time cannabis businesses. Creating fake websites and fake usernames to attack people in the industry. Why is one of the largest cannabis businesses in the state attacking the small guys??
