TrulieveReviews of trulieve.com

I recently tried to order a particular tincture for delivery and spent fur weeks searching for the delivery option on the Trulieve website, only to find that it was never available for home delivery. I finally called and was told that I would have to drive across town to a dispensary, Orlando North, to get the item. I was not happy about this, but when I arrived, to my surprise, everyone was so friendly and helpful. In particular, Alexis was the young woman who helped me and she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made my trip a pleasant one and I was able to stock up and get the tincture I depend on. If you need medical marijuana, Orlando North is the place to go!

Consistent under supplied with the product they proport to sell. Unable to use another better stocked pharmacy in my county. Arrogant and difficult

The Dania Beach location is my go to. They have had some computer and inventory issues lately but always go above and beyond to try to make it happen. Today, Gabby called me personally to talk about an ongoing issue I’ve experienced. The care and empathy she has is remarkable. Thank you Gabby ❤️ And kudos to the entire staff. Great group of friends in Dania 🥰

Trulieve in Sebastian has got to get more inventory. Every time I go I hear well you know it’s because of this because of that but I’ve been going there for the past few months and still the inventory is always very low. Although I will say that the staff is wonderful one staff member particular Jamie Lynn goes over and beyond and takes the extra step she is truly wonderful.

Shannon west was the best help I have had. The staff is always nice and very helpful. The product is always great. Thanks for helping me.

I think Trulieve has some problems with their on line ordering, but in general I like Trulieve and their products. I have never been treated poorly at a dispensary. Always courteous, and at times the strain was visible as they dealt with upset customers over the on line ordering and computer programming issues Trulieve recently encountered. I visit 3 different dispensaries of theirs and like them all. In this case Jennifer from North Ft Myers was courteous, helpful, quick and Hot to boot. Probably inappropriate to say so today but I can get away with it cause I'm old. Thanks Trulieve, Thanks Jennifer. I'll be back.

Solai in WPB is the best she’s always on point and knows her stuff absolutely f@$($)g awsome only the best. Best girl in trulieve

I was treated so rudely at the Port Saint Lucie location.I have been numerous times in the past and was very pleased. This time the two people at administration were actually laying so far back on their chair you couldn’t see them. I heard if you don’t have a mask leave and get one. I said oh ok , even with a vaccine? They replied leave or get one. I have no issue with the policy!!! It was the extreme rudeness. I won’t go back!
