Sometimes they have decent product, but trying to weave thru there idiotic regulation is obscure. They were more concerned of the finger nail clippers I had clip on my pocket than they were getting people in according to when they come in the door. I was a order online with web check in, and watched 2 people go by me first to het there order, so there was no excuse for there lack of organization.

They took my $350.00 online order c $15.00 for expedited delivery. I waited all morning and afternoon: 8a-7p and had 3 chats. 2 chats dropped off. The 3rd couldn’t find my order, despite information required by the CIA, including the order#! I made less than 24 hours before! I was told at 3:30, my order was cancelled because they didn’t have my items in stock. No one from Trulieve ever tried contacting ME to let me know or offer what they had in stock. They couldn’t give a rat’s ass. Horrendous customer service. I went to Cure Leaf, got more of a discount and was treated with respect and gratitude for my business. Don’t have your time wasted as mine was. Have respect for yourself because Trulieve won’t…

Tired of these hipsters trying to cram lame excuses “it’s not the thc”, apparently still wearing diapers and snot running down their noses. It IS about thc, and the low numbers suck! They advertise high percentage until you walk in, or order for delivery it never matches. Then I also am told that their websites online inventory is for ordering online, not for walking in... what’s the point of advertising if I can not physically walk in and get what’s advertised? Customer service is horrible and they are quick to argue you and TRY to make you feel wrong as a customer!

I have never been treated so awesome this had to of been one of the best experiences that I have ever had especially with it being my first time and being brand new at this they were very helpful with everything I needed the best discounts in the best products Mark was my guy and he was absolutely the coolest he got me all the good discounts and I really appreciated him I will not go anywhere else

The advertised THC % is not what you get when you buy. Today the advertised % was over 30%, but when I got there it was less than 25%. They need to post THC %s and post accurately.

Visited the new Osprey store and left a happy camper. The folks are really nice and very helpful. I think this has just become my new favorite store. Location is perfect. Fantastic employees, awesome customers service. (FINALLY!!) They really seem to care about the patient and very knowledgeable on the products they have in stock. They are open on Sundays, which is a plus. Only two negative comments I will make is that they are limited on inventory. Hopefully that will change and its sad to see that they only give 20% Military Discount, when their competitor gives 30%. Loyalty points is not the same..
