Edgewater Trulieve is one of the worst dispensaries I have visited. Management is horrible there. For a company that dispenses medical marijuana, they lack any knowledge whatsoever and heaven forbid you actually use the medical card as intended (for medical) because none of the employees are allowed to discuss anything with the customers. If you have sleep issues, anxiety issues, looking for something to motivate you you will have to do your own research before hand as the employees aren’t taught anything about the strands positive or negative, etc. They are essentially just there to take your money and move on. Not how a medical dispensary should operate. You get better service and information from a CVS or Walgreens, which kinda gives the Trulieve name a bad rep. I’m sorry but if I am trying to discuss a strand with the associate who has seizures and uses a specific type for seizures and how does a manager walk up and stop at the employee and tell him he is off topic and to hurry up. The point of medical marijuana is to help with medical issues but they are not allowed to talk about strains. Bad practice. This office puts the entire company to shame. I go there for a specific strand and if I could get that strand elsewhere I would no longer be a patron of Trulieve. This dispensary is essentially a drug dealer, not caring one bit about the customers needs. Vidacann is so much better all around. At least their employees know what the strands work for and are personable. Trulieve is not.
