hi i returned some minis today and Sami the girl helping me was not only very nice and kind -she also knew about her job like the medicine that would help me with serious ailments. lucky for me she suggested the 2 out of 10 or so and i was going to get as soon as i saw em anyhow, so she was great. trulieve is a friend to the mentally handicap and prove it many times. the staff spends time with me , im a little slow and everyone there[MELBOURNE location] is super nice and not condesending , they are very nice to talk with. not many like them now. i see negative reviews for trivial things, so i say trulieve is great and i love the staff there. i highly reccomend the melbourne store. also Sami and her partner cashier Arron were happy to help me and smiled all the way. thats my thoughts on staff at trulieve. the medicine is the only kind that helps stop seizures for me any way. rx s have all but killed me, so trulieve is a big life saver for me. i havent been wronged even once and i cant say that about any other store/company hope everyone has a good day GOD bless everyone who reads this. your pal in palm bay, mike persan : ) p.s. trulieve is a family of medical healers- they help many

I always shop the Key West on Duval St. and have a good time talking with the Staff while I wait my turn. The wait time usually isn't bad either. If you ask the staff they will tell you when the best times of day is to come in on in the future. Kyle helped me the last time I was there. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. In fact all the staff are very friendly which makes it a great atmosphere. I Always look forward to my next visit and you will too.

Can’t produce capsules they are always out of stock and they tell people to stock up when it finally comes in so we buy up whatever is there and the employees snatch what they can between production issues and hoarding I can’t get my medicinal THC and CBD or CBN if you want to get high you’re in luck otherwise not so much.

I drove across town to pick up a ratio cart, one that I have purchased dozens of times before. The only reason I drove clear across town to this location is because it is the closest store to me with this product in stock. I was not allowed to purchase this particular item because the manager said it had to be dispensed as both a high THC product and a low THC product.... It has 325 mg of THC, and 40 mg of CBD. I have no idea how this could possibly be classified in any way as low THC. Poor training has lead to inept employees who do not understand how to their job. Very displeased
