I’ve had several fulfillment issues from placing an order online for some thing they don’t actually have in stock only to find out later to unpredictable deliveries and an inability to meet promised delivery times. This is what I expect from the guy on the corner not from a corporation. They do not have a consistent stock of actually medically helpful or quality consistent product. When it’s good it’s good but it has become predictably bad and rarely good.

Not the pleasant experience that we expected. First, the building is a bit weird looking from the outside and all the windows were covered so you couldn't see inside. This was the Davenport, FL location. Once inside the music was too loud and you couldn't hear what the front desk attendants were saying with the mumbling with the masks on. Although they were very friendly. Once we went in the back to the dispensary we weren't really welcomed and staff wasn't very friendly. For the first time there plus using Medical Marijuana the first time I would think the process should be explained to us, and what actually we need and side affects. The attendant behind the counter that we had was a young girl and wasn't very customer friendly and kept flipping her hair back. We had to ask all the questions to get what we needed with no help from her. Plus when it was time to pay, it took 4 DEBIT cards to finally pay, because they didn't accept CREDIT cards. Also, the bill was for $97 and she said that she had to round it up to $100 and give us the $3 back. What??? In my 70 years of life I never heard of that . We came out more stressed than we came in.

Fort Walton Beach Florida. This is my favorite store, everyone is very respectful, helpful and is very knowledgeable on everything.

Lake city location is completely incompetent. Ordered a delivery at 830 am to be delivered between 1pm and 7pm. Had a gut feeling so I called at 6pm and was told "sorry,but we sent all the delivery drivers home already". Really? Who the hell sends delivery people home before 6 when you make deliveries til 7pm. First and last bs experience I'll be having. Pretty sad when a bunch of potheads make a pot business look bad.

The young man Brandon l is such a pleasure to work with very easy going nice person very helpful thanks to him very much and to truly very good company love the product He works at the trulieve at the tamarac Florida

I leave a review when I come across an employee that is amazing at what they do Trulieve made a great decision hiring Rosalyn. She is extremely well versed on the products and provides amazing customer service.
