BEWARE OF ARMED GUARD WITH GUNS. This company is the only one that has armed guards. I have only been into a few and each one had a Rambo want to be guard. The other day I was speaking to a lady about where to go to get the prescription see needed bc this company was out. I told her that this company was bad about being out of the medication she needed but where good on flower. I told her that she needed to go into Ocala to another place to get her medicine. At that point this armed guard who is three times my size walked up to me and said very aggressive “if your going to talk down about this company you will need to leave”. I looked up at him and said “ I am not talking down your company I am telling this lady where to go to get her medicine, if I was talking it down I would not be here”. This did not satisfy the hostile armed guard instead it made him worse. After I could no longer stand the intimidation I left and called both the main office and the cops. I am unsure why a place of business that deals with people who have mental disabilities such as mine PTSD-SD, would have aggressive armed guards unless they are trying to intimidate the people that walk in. They can say it is for safety bc they only deal in cash but I say BS the others do not have armed guards and I feel much safer in one where I know for a fact there will not be some over weight want to be Rambo guard with a gun who may shoot me. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THESE STORES AGAIN. And if you do you may be taking you life into your own hands.

Trulieve location 9 mile rd Pensacola FL is the best. First I went in just to get a bellos pod, and my cashier i don’t know her name, but she got my bello pod and told me their pre rolls that they had in today, so I got one of those. I checked out, and went to my car opened the bellos pod, and noticed it was missing a good bit of oil. So I took it back in and then My cashier, her name is Tiffany, and I got to say she HELPED me out so MUCH and also told me so many different helpful things about their products. She also told me I had store credit, of $120.00, and helped me pick out some truflower. let me remind you, that I had just walked out of this dispensary and came back in. But the store credit, that has been on my account for awhile now and no one ever told me. But she made sure to tell me and she was just Amazing, I prefer having her as my store clerk anytime. Give that woman a raise.

WARNING! Anyone who has a cup of Trulieve ground flower , Mockingbird Flavor. I bought 2 cups and both are contaminated with slivers of white plastic. Please be careful! They know about this issue and have not issued a recall.

Joey, the delivery manager at Jax Bch always makes the experience pleasant He’s informative, takes his time with you. Quick to communicate when . Inventory depleted which had been before a bit frustrating! He rocks. I appreciate his customer service.

I went to Trulieve in Miami Garden today (08/02/21) and was assisted by Grace, My experience was excellent due to her knowledge of the products and her pleasant attitude. I highly recommend them!

The wait time is ridiculous. There’s like a dozen staff members and it takes a half hour to get in at least. There’s only two customers when I got here. They never have what’s on the website. Going to Trulieve in Cape Coral is just practice for disappointment. The people are really nice but the corporate level is really hurting them. Also the website is horrendous. That’s my biggest gripe. The website is awful. Not fun to use, only just started listing thc levels for “some” products. There are other dispensary’s that have better flower and don’t jerk you around. Do your research before settling for Trulieve. Again the workers and employees are great but whoever is making company decisions should be fired. They are hurting this brand.
