I like trulieve. but I ordered some cannabis they gave me a confirmation number I went to pick it up and they didn't have nothing text!!! I'm being pissed. But I'm going to find another to dispensary screw trulieve!!! Don't go on Merit island and if you do suertera right next door.

I visited Trulive in Orlando Florida on Colonial the front desk lady had excellent customer service made me feel very welcome and the bud tender that took care of me today also excellent customer service I definitely recommend getting your medicine at this place

Trulieve illegally bribed state officials in obtaining the medical marijuana license and the monopoly they operate in the state of Florida. This company is dirty and corrupt. Makes me wonder if you can trust their products? Forced mask mandates in their dispensaries which are illegal by the way and the little slaves that they call employees act like little Nazi's in the way they treat their customers. Their more worried that your mask is positioned properly than helping you with your order. Wake up people. This company cares about their interests not yours. Trulieve CEO Kim Rivers husband's was found guilty on multiple charges. His sentencing is October 28th.

Worst company to deal with. From the store in Boynton beach to customer service. I am disabled and made an order last night and went to pick it and was told to wait outside in 92 degrees. After 15 minutes I went back inside but was told to wait outside. There is no customer service. I have an appointment with the head attorney for the ADA. He was very interested in what happened to me today. I AM DISABLED and was treated very bad by these people by telling me to go outside and wait even though there 2as no one to fill up chairs. DO NOT USE THEM

I went to my local Trulieve today and the sales associate went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I needed to know. Great employee that knows her job. So much to know and she has it down. Good Job Sabrina @ the 9 mile/University, Pensacola office.

Ridiculous circus of wannabes with undeserved self-importance Yesterday, placed order online, got confirmation that said wait for next email saying it's packaged and ready. 4 hours later, no email, so just went to store. Still had to wait to get it. Today, placed another order online, got email saying wait for next email, got email saying"your order is packaged". Got to store, still had to wait outside the "super-secret vault" while I watched the receptionist sing and dance. When I was finally invited into the secret lair, my order was NOT ready. I was asked if I wanted to use the credit on my account. I asked why I was not told the previous day such credit existed. They had no explanation for that. I asked what the benefit of ordering online is if I am told the order is ready, but it is not. No answer for that, either. The receptionist referred to me as "sweetie", "honey", "darling" and other such terms several times. I wanted to strangle her. They pretend to be professionals, akin to pharmacists, when IMHO, they are buffoons with not so much as an iota of customer service skill. And the armed guard? Don't even get me started. Also, I agree with those complaining about out-of-stock items. Just another basic service criteria at which they completely fail. Going elsewhere now.
