My first time at Trulieve was great! That ended after you leave. They make promises and "lip service" while you are there. You will quickly learn that they don't have much inventory (especially sale items) and delivery can take 20 phone calls and over a month after they claim only two days. YOU CAN GROW IT YOURSELF FASTER AND HAVE BETTER PRODUCT! The phone service is horrible! The wait time is very long, the agents give the lip-service, and often "drop" the call and you are back at the back of the line. Please consider the competition across the street. Good luck!!!

I can say that one person that is always attentive and quick to defuse a negative situation with a customer and make it into a positive situation that I have seen is Kareem. So do not buy the co2 whatever there name is. The ones I got were half gram s. So I got 6 .. So half way threw they stop working . if u do get a hit it is burnt .

Everything is indica its cheaper no products patients want deals to get rid of but no one is getting not about patients all a bout money new CEO new products manager and sales maybe someone that cares and not corrupt

Worst company ever. They don't care about the patients, all they care is about profits. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Worth mentioning that the CEO's husband was convicted for bribing the government officials in Florida. Undercover FBI agents have him on tape admitting he helped out to box out the competition. We don't want companies like this in the cannabis community, give your money to someone who actually cares

If you want subpar, overpriced weed, this is the place to go. Also, if you love to be treated like garbage, whether you're an employee or a customer/patient, this is a place for you.
