I’ve been going to the trulieve in Deerfield for over a year now and I have to say the staff is still amazing. Brenna helped take care of me last and I must say she knows her stuff! Thank you Brenna!

Never fails and I am so done. They advertise one thing and when you arrive to the dispensary they substitute the items. I do not shop for a high - I shop for medical purposes and what I select is what I need for my pain and my conditions. It’s inconsiderate and bad business practice.

I don't understand why they offer points if you are never allowed to use them unless you are buying something at full price in store. I know have over 2000 points I have never been able to use. It confuses me since you are allowed to use the points when ordered online but when you get to the store they say you can't use them and they don't know why the website let's you do it. I guess that way once you have already drove to the store and waited in line to be told you can't use the loyalty program they set up. That way you won't go somewhere else. Anyways I have unsubscribed to the emails and text and I will be shopping elsewhere.

The worst delivery out of all the dispensaries. It’s atrocious. They say we can’t make it today but be there in two days. Come to find They restock the inventory not one call or email. No help from the phone or internet contact who said I “I can’t do anything..” they never delivered or contacted me to reschedule. You want to treat your consumers like dirt in this economy be my guest.Too much completion to be this disorganized this late in the game.

It has happened multiple times. They will advertise product with prices and include discounts such as "purchase $100.00 and get 25% off or $150.00 and get 30% off, etc. When you meet these criteria, then all of a sudden, the products you have purchased are not included because "this item is on sale, this vendor is not included, this is Cultivar, etc., etc. It is starting to feel like a scam!! I will be looking for other dispensaries.

There office in Riverview FL. Extremely slow even with no one in the lobby. Horrible wait time unlike the other stores. I had to wait over 30 min with no one in the lobby. Definitely this office needs help this is a Horrible experience every time I have come. I will definitely be for to the other store it is worth the extra mile.

I order on line for the Fort Lauderdale store and it still takes 30 to 40 minutes to pick up the order placed the day before. Employees are clueless. They don't even know what the advertised discounts are. Then they never give you the discounts. BEWARE!!!
