Absolutely horrible experience... Again and again. I've went multiple times. Staff lies to you, tells you about all the discounts until you get to the register and then magically the discounts disappear they charge you full price and then refuse to give you a refund because you don't qualify. Also a bait and switch goes on there, advertise really good prices until you get there and then tell you that is not available pushing the client to purchase something more expensive, which you do because you've been waiting out in the waiting room with a mask on for a half an hour or more. Total thrift store experience, with ignorant people getting a kick out of controlling your every move.

I just want to drop a quickie regarding an employee at Trulieve Hillsborough Ave Tampa. Today is 2/3/22. I went in and it was packed. When it got to me I was the last person in this crowd and this employee whose name is Jovany O. was super polite, professional and he was THE ONLY EMPLOYEE IN THE STORE THIS MORNING. I knew he was overworked and he didn't let it show one bit. He took the time to help me, answered my questions and was completely professional while being a gentleman. Almost two years and it would be really nice if I had a good bud tender! The staff knows me and what I like. the online information is wrong so it’s important to have a good bud tender.

This dispencery is the walmart of them all. All the staff cares about is that you wear a mask. Customer service sucks and the potency of there products is not accurate. Not to mention the cretins that are there to allegedly serve you.
