I absolutely love this company in this location. Online ordering is simple. All employees have a lot of knowledge about all products. Very fast and efficient customer service. Some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They also give great promotions. You get member points you get discounts for being a veteran or somebody on SNAP, you get 10% off. I was even joking with them asking what kind of discount do I get if I get a Trulieve tattoo. 😂

Don’t bother ordering online for pickup. You get a txt telling you your order is ready. You select the link that adds you to the waiting list. 5 minutes later you get a txt telling you that you’ve been kicked off for not showing up. No way to get back on. When you get there, you’re stuck waiting because they’re chronically understaffed

Brad at Orlando North is amazing. He truly needs a raise. Every time I come in lately I get Brad and every question is answered along with a really great attitude and energy. He’s one of the only reasons I still shop there.

So I’ve tried todo orders for deliveries he’ll even gone into the stores for your deals on stuff and every single time no matter what the time is everything is always oh I sold out of that or hey do a online order and guess what everything you actually want we do t have but are website is going to say it does oh and good luck trying to figure out what ones we have and don’t cause you won’t be able to check out anyways. To a different dispensary I go I guess thanks for nothing

After waiting in the lobby for 20 mins I am told to put on a mask. This is not required in FL and none of the other dispensaries require it. In fact, I came to Trueleive directly from the doctors office today and was not required to wear a mask. This isn't the first time this has happened. On top of all that, they are more expensive than all others, at least where I shop and their customer service is no where near as warm as everywhere else I shop. I will never spend money there again if they maintain this ridiculous rule.
