I placed an online order on the Aug 19th b/c card expired the 23rd. Well, Trulieve said they could deliver Wed. My card expired at midnight. I waited all day and they text me after 6PM saying they can't deliver. I called them and I told the guy my card expires at midnight and he said it wouldn't be an issue and will get delivered by the wkend!! I called a few min ago and they said they can't deliver now since my card expired! It’s their fault that I couldn’t get my order! I’m paralyzed from my waist down in a wheelchair and that’s the reason I have to have them deliver it! I’m so upset and will NEVER order from them again! It was a large order too!

One star out of requirement. As usual I put in an online order that took over 8 hours to prepare. They texted me that it was ready after the store closed. I went in the next day and was told the sale was no longer valid as it had to be picked up the day before and I would now have to pay full price. Due to a system glitch my text came late. Because of that glitch they told me I was too late for the sale and was no longer eligible. They had no answer for how I was expected to pick up my product after store closing. After giving them more than a few chances with their insane wait times, lack of knowledge, lack of customer care, and lack of staffing I will gladly say ‘the Trulieve days are behind me’. To call it the Walmart of dispensaries would be an unnecessary insult to Walmart.

This is the second time they sold me a 26% and then gave me a 16% and the port orange Florida location is a joke… they fill the lobby and takes over 30 minutes to get in as a express. They only have like 3 people working now so the management is terrible… they pay over 38 million to get it recreationally and put money in the politician’s pockets…. Maybe pay attention to the stores and get better weed cause y’all are the Walmart of dispensaries with cheap junk weed now… stay away…

REALLY rude unknowledgeable budtenders. Four times the wait of any other dispensary.

This is the most unorganized place I’ve ever experienced… you can be as over prepared as humanly possible and your wait time will likely be double what they tell you. But if you aren’t in the door at the exact moment they estimate, they kick you off and make you wait again. Understaffed but there’s always a massive wait list it doesn’t make sense.

I just went on my second day to The tamarac dispensary. The lady at front desk was so helpful as was the man at front desk last night. The manager who helped me get what i need was fantastic. Her name is Katie ..she really helped me alot.

You know I have a 25% off for my birthday this month and I also have the 55+ witch is 10% off and I also have snap another 10% off but can never get to use them because everytime I order the same things I like they are always on sale. Same with the points. They need learn something from COOKIES BECAUSE THEY HAVE THERE SH+T TOGETHER. THAT'S WHERE I'M DOING MY BUSINESS FOR NOW ON. TRULIEVE SUX!!!!
