I recently received my med mary jane card. I have visited Trulieve 2 times. Each time I was turned away. 1st time I arrived about 8...they close at 8:30. I was told that they are not taking any new walk ins. 2nd time, it was 7:30 but was told the same thing...no new walk ins. They do not have to worry about me returning. Not a place i want to spend my money.

Everything is wrong ,my son saw his best friend get killed at work. And the manager said he would smack him ,after he said he carries 2 guns ? I need a lawyer ? I had to get a caregiver after ,trulieve employees started to bully my son ! FU trulieve ,weak products, too expensive for fake vape carts. Diluted in my opinion.

I don't know what in God's name happened to Trulieve but WOW they got seriously greedy once MD went legal. Their prices skyrocketed to astronomical levels with 25%-65% price increases with some items actually doubling in price. An 1/8th which normally cost $45 has increased to $55-$65 all day everyday, but to make things worse, TL decided to take a page from the corporate greed handbook where they're now taking an item, for example an 1/8th which is already overpriced at $50 and they'll text you claiming, "Hey check out this deal.... And they'll tell you they're doing a 25% off sale on that item. However, what they think you won't notice is, the same morning just before opening they raise the price of that exact item by 25% or MORE during that days "deal". So now when they sell it, they still get their original sale price! If you look at the menu the next day, you'll notice that same 1/8th you bought with that "deal" for $50 is being sold at it's regularly overpriced amount of $50 They're literally ripping their customers and PATIENTS off! TL is proving to the world why women shouldn't own businesses! TL is gladly willing to sabotage their own company, customers/patients & livelihood just to make $$$ via price gouging & sale price manipulation, potentially even false advertising as well.They even charge their customers like $6 just to use their ATM so they can get cash to buy products from THEM! How f_cked up is that?🤢 That's serious greed man! I've gone to TL through Amedicanna & Harvest but unfortunately for them, given how much I spend there, THEY have now forced me to take my friends, family & my own money & business elsewhere! The recent treatment from TL towards it's customers & patients is shameful and gross. Honestly if it wasn't for TL's location, I'd have rated it 1 star. There's also a few different budtenders who are really great too. The manager is absolutely excellent and I know it's not his fault. So please don't give any of these people a hard time They're just trying to do their jobs. It's the higher ups who are greedy wokesters and we ALL know the repeatedly proven outcome for businesses when they try to be or "go woke". I'm just very frustrated that after the amount of money I've spent & loyalty I've shown TL, They just sh_t on me & all their other customers. Worse they're doing it at a time when they know people are severely struggling financially just to afford their basic needs like food due to that braindead corrupt racist, Beijing Biden. TL's point system is also now permanently gone though they originally claimed it was temporary. It's been a year. Don't expect to see TL remain in business much longer if this new shameful pricing manipulation & bad quality keeps up.

Trulieve sucks big time. Liberty is the way to go. I ordered 2 pre rolls over a hour an a half ago. Still not ready and they close in a half an hour. Liberty aka AYR will have your order ready within 10to 15 minutes and the product is so much better. Screw Trulieve I am banning them

I normally give a venue a good chance to win me over with best pricing, great customer service and quality medications but today, I purchased 4 medical vapes of which 2 tasted like mold. Everyone who has used MMJ can tell the difference on the first dose/hit and even with flower if you got molded. This should NEVER happen in a grow facility with proper quality controll. Mold contamination can be very harmful to those who are allergic to this contamination. One was RATIO purple box called Sunshine Cannibis, product number 17550-0004094331, Sunshine Kush. The other was by MUSE, light green box called Creamsickler product number 65423-0004581831. Both terrible as all get out. Reminds me of biting into a hot dog bun and there was mold in it...When I asked the sales guy which one of the four cartridges is best for pain, he kinda guessed around not really sure, and said maybe these also. People were walking out due to the 45 minute wait time and mine was also ordered on line for express pickup and I still waited 40 minutes. There was only 2 sales guys in the back. Don't know what's going on at the Sarasota branch on Beneva Ave. N. but they sure need to have better quality control. Marvin said I can return them for a like product but dam...... if the next one's are bad, I will cross Trulieve off my dispensary list. I usually use MUV but just wanted to check out a couple of Trulieves medications but what a miserable experience and 2 out of 4 bad cartridges. Doesn't give me much confidence in their quality control. Maybe the Sarasota Health Dept or whoever they get their inspections granted from should do a surprise inspection from seed to store. IMHO

Visited your location in orange park florida on blandibg blvd. your budtender Karen was amazing. Put a great deal tigether for me. I am visiting here but will always come to see Karen at that location

Trulieve closes at 9pm as per their "NEW" store hours. I got there at 8:30pm and they wouldn't let me in. The associate told me that she'll see what she can do, took my card and to wait outside. She returned about 8:55pm gave my card back advising they're not able to let me in because they closed at 9pm. This happened at the Dania Beach FL location, but it happens in every single location, making me think this is a corporate HQ known rule. It was a waste of time and gas, let alone the aggravation. Don't waste your time going after 830pm. They don't honor their closing hours. I've been going to a different Dispensary ever since with no issues.
