Well got an sweet email that said my order would ship on sept 14, never got a tracking so I took it upon myself to get a tracking number and was told it was backordered 3 months....

As the email stated, on the 14th we were supposed to have these all shipped out to customers but unfortunately there was another delay in getting the units shipped and that we apologize for. We should have sent another email to update customers as yourself and we do take accountability for this. Spent $1700 on Sept 5th for a trailer valet jack. Here we are 12 days later and I can't even get a tracking number or order status from your company and your customer service sucks!! The XL Pro assembled usually takes a little longer than the XL Pro shipped out without the assembly. Because the assembled unit requires a different commercial delivery, you should be getting a call from the carrier to schedule a time for delivery. We are so grateful for your patience and understanding. Please also check your spam folder as your tracking info was sent already went the unit was shipped out (Roadrunner PRO# 481081446 ). service was hard to get through too seeing it was only done through email. Played email tag for a few days but in the end the issue was resolved. First needed order confirmation, then needed photos of what i received. However didnt have that missing parts in stock. I was told I would receive a comparable part, but then received the correct part... Service person seemed friendly and worked as quickly as he could to find a way to resolve the issue.
