SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH!! I switched my cell over from Verizon to this trash and got the internet service too. Had the internet service for 3 months until my internet service was turned off. I called the store where I went in Clinton Township, MI. This idiot telling me "It's an outage" and for me to call the customer service number. I called them and the lady I spoke with told me it wasn't an outage she clearly told me that my address that I gave her is different from what's showing in there system. I called back up to the store and asked this idiot what address did he use for me because it sounds like this is some fraud. I goes up to the store with the raggedy internet box to confront this idiot as he try to reset the box after I told him I did all of that and the light on the box is still red well the idiot stills says it's an outage.... WRONG!! I told him he is full of it and you knew Total Wireless wasn't servicing my area with internet so you used someone address just to make a sale and now my son who does online school and I work from home 3 days out of a week and I go in the office the other 2 days is jacked up because I now have NO INTERNET cause this idiot used someone address and I didn't know none of this was going on until I called. DIRTY DOG. Then not only that, after realizing that the internet box wasn't working, he wanted me to spend $70 to get another internet box but wasn't guarantee that one would work. He must thought I was a fool to pay him anything else for nothing up in that store. Pay him $70 for what to put that $$ in his pocket because I'm sure he did when I signed up 3 months ago. Customer Service telling me they can't give me my $$ back I would have to get it back from the store where I purchased the internet which he won't give me back my money after he has scammed me doing fraud by using someone else address. I'm gonna get my money back better believe that. I even filed a complaint against that idiot. I canceled my cell service and went over to another cell carrier that same night. While people are praising on how good Total Wireless is, they better really look into this trash and read the reviews!
