I've been a customer of total wireless for 3yrs...I pay my monthly bill around the same time monthly thru social security same time MONTHLY for 3 yrs and All of a sudden with my receipt for the month of payment my service is terminated! Terminated 10 days earlier than the receipt from Total Wireless says! I need my phone active my bill was paid I have 2 copies of my receipt for the month! They wouldn't even accept their own receipt! WTF! Total SUCKS...thieves!

The customer service agents are terrible they don't know how to properly do their jobs and they lie to you, there's never a supervisor available, and when you say you're going to unlock the phone and leave they tell you that you can't for a year. The actual service is the same as Verizon but I'd stay away.

I called customer service a total of 5 times this morning and EACH representative hung up in my face. The customer service SUCKS. They are not helpful and most of them are clueless

Unauthorised account opened using my daughter's email, total wireless refused to investigate or see how much of my minor child's data was used. I discovered that a total wireless account had been opened using my daughters email account, without her/our knowledge or permission. I contacted total wireless through their online chat to report suspected identity theft. Rather than escalating the matter to their fraud department, the representative told me they could not see who used the email, and that it was probably someone related to our family. I explained that nobody in our family had authorised the account and that I was reporting the Unauthorised use of my daughter's details. I was repeatedly told that they could not escalate the situation because the email address had been removed now. The agent ended the chat refusing to help, without the suspected identity theft being investigated, or investigating how much of my minor child's details had possibly been stolen. She stated there was no complaints procedure, or department. That i can't talk to the fraud team as they only work offline. All that was done was that the account had the email removed. No other investigation. I find this extremely concerning this isn't simply an issue with an email address, an account has been opened using my minor child's data. Without her or our knowledge or permission, in America!!! We do not live in this country. I expected total wireless to take suspected identity theft seriously and report it. Very disappointed in this company. Particularly dealing with something as serious as Unauthorised use of a child's personal information.

Been 2 weeks and I guess they got tired of me asking and getting same response so after 5 agents last ones says I need to call my bank already did and bank says all I can do is dispute it. 900 bucks I have to wait weeks to get back and they refuse to do a refund.

I ordered a line of service and phone over the phone with a representative. They convinced me to do two day shipping for a little bit more money. This was on a Saturday with the assurance I would have it by Monday afternoon. Monday evening no phone. Found out they don't process shipments on the weekend, but would def have it by Tuesday. Tuesday night no phone. Call in and find out it has been processed at all and the order wasn't even entered until the day after I placed it. But everything was taken care of and weds afternoon. Weds night no phone. First rep I talked to said it wasn't paid for ( offered to provide the receipt number from their website for it because it was and had been processed by bank). Was told nothing I could do but wait three days. I asked for a manager and was told there were no managers or supervisors around. During this entire conversation there were long silent pauses but I could at times hear someone talking to the rep, Wich from experience suggested they had a trainer with them. I again asked for a manager then the 4th time directed them to get a manager immediately as they were required to do. Was told. I just had to wait for the phone and a manager would say the same. Hung up called back got a different rep and found out the order was on hold pending payment. This rep found the payment and processed a refund. Mentioning there were no notes on the order so she wasn't sure how anyone tried to do anything.... So order not completed, not processed by warehouse, lied to three times about the arrival day and had a trainer making a trainee lie about no managers or supervisors being present in the call center. Total Bullshit

Well I wish I could give them zero Stars, but here we go. We tried to transfer my wife's phone number to a new phone, and then she could not either make calls or receive calls for some reason. They blamed a software update by Verizon that was affecting their system. We tried to transfer the number back to her old phone, and the same thing happened. They told me that maybe I should take the phone back that I purchased for her, and by a different one as it may have been the phone. When I did that and they deactivated the phone that I had bought it deactivated her phone number. We fought for over a month trying to get her phone number back to her old phone. It took 40 to 60 hours of my phone calls and multiples of emails to get that fixed. She was without service for over a month but was still charged for that service. I also went out and took one of my older phones to an actual Verizon corporate store and got her a month of service because she didn't have a phone to use. I filed a complaint with the FCC, and I also requested that her month of service that never happened be refunded and that they refund the $48 that I paid to have a month of service on an alternate phone. They offered me a free month of service for her phone which was completely unacceptable! I followed up with the FCC and all the information that I had on this case. We have now switched services, because they are completely incompetent, and it was a nightmare just to switch to another service, because they kept trying to generate a four digit PIN code for the transfer. It took them over an hour to do that. This is only a partial of what has happened in the last month and a half. I would highly recommend that no one use this service, as it has completely turned into a total train wreck. We have moved to mint mobile, and so far it's been great.

My phone is hacked. I have been robbed. You. Need to close Verizon needs to close. You suck. A 1000 . iPhone. Wrecked stolen by your tech.
