On September 25th I went in to store to get on a new plan. DJ was the associate that helped . He was very helpful, polite and professional. He had us in and out within 30 mins. I got a free phone , great service. I highly recommend.

The customer service rep was very professional and gave me the information I needed. I am pleased with my experience. If you understand a language barrier it can be overcome. The customer service reps for Total Wireless are patient and go to great lengths to answer questions and respond with utmost respect. I've had this service for a number of years and have never had any thing but true customer service. Their customer service reps take time to answer questions and they are always respectful. I have always been treated with respect by their customer representatives. They get an A+ for customer service!

Best costumer service ever! Better then tmobile who is scamming people by increasing the bill because of add ons no one wants! (That was mentioned to me by a former manager of tmobile in Lumberton nj..he now works for total)

I had an issue with my account I called on 08-15-26 I talked to two other people before her that were no help. at 7:48 pm. I started talking to Charity, she went over and beyond to help me fix the issue. She even got the other number I had to use and called me back at 8:35. We stayed on the phone for over an hour but she was able to help me resolve my issue. I am so happy with the service she provided I had to leave a review here in hopes that someone might see it and know that she is awesome!!. Thank you!!
