Rewards are a scam customer service is incredible at what they do considering they just pull info and answers from a cloud of feathers somewhere. Not one consistent answer .... Not one computable reason for their make believe knowledge. Mm y phone wa shut off because my auto pay is due in three days .., they tried to auto pay today and it didn't go thru so they shut me down. I'm homeless and disabled and need my phone to survive I am going to write to ADA Next

3 hours on the phone with 2 idiots that can't speak clear enough English i can understand and know less about the phone im trying to connect to their service than I do!! I told the lady 3 times you can't just save the name of the APN and leave the rest blank and then power cycle the phone then reset the network settings!?!?!? I still don't have service!!!!

Used to have Total wireless 5 years ago and signal was 5 bars at home in NYC. Switched to Tmobile for 2 years and now switched back. I had the worst customer service ever and only 1 bar on the signal now. Verizon got worse. I spent almost 14 hours just to switch 5 lines over for $125 for 5 lines. I mean it, 14 hours on the phone with over 8 customer service rep. 90% of the don't know what they are doing. I found out these service rep help 8 different carriers at the same time. So they don't know any thing about the plans. After few days, called back, they still can't find what plan I have. All they found is I have $55 each line for the first 4 lines and $40 for the fifth, which came out to $260 for 5 lines. It made me crazy. They have no training on anything. Will transfer back to Tmobile or any other carrier.

Bought a "free" Samsung A35G in Austin Canyon Ridge store from "Alejandro". He misquoted me the "free" price and had no idea what he was doing. He totally screwed up the initial setup and tried to charge me for additional accessories. After over 9 calls and 7 hours with their incompetent technical support, I'm now trying a factory reset without technical support, who are totally incompetent. Don't be fooled by their advertising, total are crooks!

Wish I could leave no stars. Their customer service is beyond garbage. The lady I spoke to last time I attempted to explain my frustrations with it being my 3rd call I was on that morning to them as the first two would just disconnect me and she interrupted me with “yah, yah, yah” and hung up on me. I can go on and on with so many examples of how this company has continued to fail me. Why is everything with this company foreign. I can’t understand these people when I talk to them. Not with sells. Not with tech support. Not with billing support. And to top it off, last month I bought my next prepay plan online, days before the end of my service so it would be there for me. The. Saw they had a deal on a new phone so I bought that, which required me to buy another plan but I was like that’s fine because I can use it for the following month since it’s a requirement to buy a plan when u buy the phone. The phone came, I activated it. The plan I had just purchased started on the 20th but because I activated the new phone on the 21st they threw away the remainder of the plan I had just started. They couldn’t find the new plan that I had purchased with the phone. And when I was talking to the rep trying to get him to help me find it, he asked me to confirm my credit cards 3 digit code to confirm the purchase I had made. I told him he didn’t need that and he said he had to have it. I question if he was going to charge me again and he swore he wasn’t. I finally gave it to him and then guess what, he charged my card for a 3rd plan!! That’s theft. Horrible company!

Worst company in the planet. Bought a new phone thinking that I can transfer the esim. After many attempts I had to call customer service. Since the phone was not active and I need a new esim on my phone long and behold. My email was not getting authentication code needed to authenticate my account. So we follow the other requirements pin that I setup when I open the account and you will think you are all set. No you are wrong you need to identify the last few phones you called that wasn’t within the last 96 hours. Needless to say if I called the parent company Verizon and need to request a new eSIM I would not have to do half of the things I needed with them. Why in God’s green earth is this company even doing business. Let along why do you not offer the same methods big red does. But if you can’t authenticate account you will not be able to do anything or request additional support. Don’t even bother to ask for a supervisor who should have more authority to do something cause there isn’t one. Nice work Total. The only way around this is file an FCC complaint and which how the heavens open up.

I recently changed my provider to T-Mobile and told Totalwireless that I wanted to keep my old phone number. After providing T-Mobile with transfer information, I received a text from Totalwireless that the “transfer of my old number was complete and that no further action was required”. I then changed my SIM card to the new provider per T-Mobile’s request and discarded the old one. A couple of days later I learned that the transfer wasn’t done and got “Christian” in total wireless customer service in the Philippines. He told me that I needed to reinstall my old SIM card to get the a/c# and port out PIN number that T-Mobile needed to apply my old number. I asked to speak to a manager and he claimed that he was one (unbelievable). I then asked to speak to someone in the US and he refused to transfer my call. After years of loyalty to this provider, total wireless has shown themselves to be incompetent and completely faithless. I do not recommend this carrier.
