Switching to t-mobile was by far the worst decision I could have made for my business, their outdated systems and pathetic customer service have locked out all of my business phones, essentially shutting us down! They could care less about you or your business after they get you signed up. I do not recommend this poor excuse for a service provider, there is absolutely nothing good about my company's experience with them.

Love this company. When i call in i talk to someone in midwest were i live and they empower there employee to make decisions. You dont get transfered or told no. I feel like they truely listen to me. Old cistomers get same deals as new customers no hidden charges. The CEO gets it.

Absolutely love T-Mobile! I get great service here in Vegas! I unfortunately get no service in any casino unlike my friends on ATT and Verizon... I have to take a star away from that.

They must give you good deals because they have to just to get customers, imo, because their customer service is so bad! They assured me when I went on the family plan, that my real name will show up on the caller ID because my married name is different than the account holder, but it hasn't, and every time we call they say the same exact thing, that it will be fixed in 72 hours but it hasn't, it's been over 3 weeks now. I'm leaving T-Mobile and requested to have my iPhone unlocked over a week ago and it's still has not unlocked due to they put the wrong numbers in (so they say) I think they're service is a joke. Their customers are certainly NOT a priority.

love this company, best prices, use your own device, good family plans. they give you a micro tower if reception is bad at your home for free no cell company has coverage everywhere, just check in your home / work, ...

T-Mobile is nothing but crap they over charge for their crappy service. We traded in our Galaxy S-9 for the One plus crap phone's and they didn't work right so when we went to bring them back and trade back to our Galaxys and they said we can't. They are already gone to the factory to be reset. They want $400.00 for us to trade back to an upgrade phone. We are switching to Sprint after 6 year's of service.
