Never had a problem with T-Mobile. Good unlimited service.

I will say that the service is good and I never have dropped calls but they will not unlock my phone. I came to them with a tmobile phone that I bought off ebay and I pay my monthly payment and I asked them to give me the unlock code and they won't. It's like they are holding me hostage. I'm not even trying to leave. I just want to sell my phone for a newer one and if it's unlocked, i can get more money. They don't care so now, i'm thinking of leaving. Funny how they have an app to unlock android phone's buyt not iPhone's...

You will REGRET switching over Do Not Do It. Tmobile is nothing but a bunch of CON-ARTISTS who LIE. I switched to them and have had nothing but problems every single month for over a year now. I have to contact them every single month and am TIRED of talking to them. They expect you to fix their errors and have so many expectations of you that they cant do anything for you. WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE and will be YOURS too. Theyre liars and cant help you with anything. DONT FORGET YOUR IDENTITY INFORMATION IS NOT SECURE. as long as a person knows you 1st and last name They can easily walk into tmobile and have a phone activated on your account. BEWARE!!!!

The most terrible service what I met in my life!! They did a big mistake charging me for a new (by the way it's even not a new but refurbished) and they didn't want to listen me or help me. Customer service is totally unprofessional. I want let to know everybody NEVER use T-MOBILE!! I was a good customer all those years and wrote a good reviews. What a shame!

I would give them 5 stars if I never had to leave the New York City area since their prices are great and they let you use your phone's data plan on other devices......but.......I can't trust my phone will have Data access outside major metropolitan areas which is a big no no since I travel quite a bit. I am hoping they keep adding service towers to improve their coverage.

I simply cannot believe that when I called customer services one of their options was to pay 50p to prioritise my call. Seriously! Next time my contract renews I will be leaving.

I switched to Tmobile after having several poor customer service experiences with my previous provider. Tmobile approved me with less than stellar credit and even allowed me to make payments on the phone I really wanted! I was disappointed at first that there wasn't an email address I could use to contact customer service when my phone wasn't working, but the live chat option on the website impressed me. You are connected with a rep right away and they have always been very helpful. If you're looking to switch cell phone providers and want the option of unlimited plans without a contract and the ability to upgrade your phone when YOU want, Tmobile is an excellent choice!
