My husband and I went to the T-Mobile located west main st Waterbury we had best experience best costumer care with no problem we change our phones finally and no crazy charge like in the T-Mobile in our mall in Waterbury try to charge us only on phones $3,500 to up grade and we decide to visit the west main so nice and caring the manager he walk us thru everything and we only spend $ 130, 4 new phones I did appreciate this team work all same page , west main st in Waterbury BEST COSTUMER SERVICES

I want to celebrate the I-55 Frontage Rd, Jackson,MS 39211, Store #5992 staff for rescueing me yesterday 10/6. Zavian Lee, Tania Cooper and Jordell Ross was amazing for me. I am out of town and broke my phone and was distraught. I was able to replace the broken phone and upgrated the phone. Thank you T-Mobile Store #5992 Jackson Ms. Job well done from a satisified customer.

I went to the Loveland store to update my phone and my wife’s phone. Jeff, the customer representative could not have been more helpful. He answered all my questions and was very patient with my ignorance about internet and cell phones.. I was totally satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend Jeff to anybody needing quality help.
