T-Mobile is terrible! I couldn't access my new voice mails today. I called and spoke with reps at least one dozen times, which was a waste of time. All calls are outsourced to the Philippines. The people who answered the phones spoke broken English so that I had to keep asking them to please repeat what they were saying. That's no way to run any business. When I called in each time, I was forced to go through an annoying automated system that kept cutting off, talking choppy and making no sense at all. After minutes of wasting my time, someone who spoke broken English answered the phone. They ran me in circles. One man kept referring to a second phone, but I told him repeatedly that I don't have a second phone. He wouldn't listen. Their employees kept giving me annoying instructions to do that, try that, maybe this, et cetera. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. All I wanted was to access my voice mails. When I tried to access my messages, T-Mobile asked for my phone number, then my PIN, then my password. When I entered my account password, it rejected it. I complained to each employee, but they have no power to change anything evidently, that it is absolutely ridiculous to require me to enter an additional password, when I have already entered my PIN. T-Mobile is out of touch with reality and their customers. If I am using my phone, with my phone number accessing their system, and I just entered my personal PIN, it is insane to require me to also enter a password. They are so strict and paranoid about security that they are locking customers out of their own accounts. This shouldn't have happened today. T-Mobile wasted 3 hours of my time trying to figure out how to simply access my new voice mails. One of the customer service reps even had me install the Visual Voice Mail application on my phone, which was worthless because none of my voice mails appeared in the app. I gave the reps all bad reviews, and told T-Mobile that I give them a ZERO, the worst rating, if I'd refer them to others. No way! The only reason I stay is because they offer a $15 per month plan, which is all that I can afford, but you really get what you pay for, garbage service with T-Mobile. The service reps are located in a third world country. It's like talking to mindless robots. All they know is what the computer screen says in front of them, unable to help make any corporate changes at the bottom level of the food chain. I am taking several prescription medications and didn't need this needless aggravation today from T-Mobile. They are paranoid about security, locking customers out of their accounts. When all was said and done, and I was annoyed and aggravated to the hills, the last service rep I spoke with told me to enter #793# to reset my PIN. That didn't work, so I had to talk on the phone again with her. She told me to just use my PIN as my password. Unreal. Three hours of wasted time, over a dozen frustrating phone calls with their incompetent service department overseas, and in the end they didn't require a password, they just used my PIN. Why couldn't they have just done that in the first place? I do not recommend T-Mobile.

I went onto MetroPCS to purchase a new phone and was offered a promotion if I transferred my service to Tmobile. BIG MISTAKE. So with the promotion I got a free Samsung Galazy S26. After receiving the new phone is when the problem started . I went back to the store to get all of my information transferred to the new phone. From the beginning I started having drop call issues. Within the first week after receiving the phone I was advised my customer service to go into a Tmobile store. I went into Tmobile store and the gentleman there initiated a Esim into the phone, meanwhile he never took out the actual Sim. After that, the drop calls became incessant. I then called Tmobile customer service again. After calling Tmobile representatives on 5 different occasions no one helped, all they kept saying was let's try this, let's try that. I even had an order placed by one of the representatives to make sure everything in the back ground was okay. Meanwhile was I still having drop call issues. Please not that while on the phone with all of these representatives the calls dropped. Then on day 34 I was offered a new phone. The problem was they wanted me to wait other 9 days for the phone arrival. I told them that I thought that was unreasonable as I had these drop call issues the entire time after acquiring this new phone. While I was speaking to this representative she indicated that the phone's antenna was the problem. The representative went to ask her supervisor about me returning the phone and getting credit because if you break the promotion contract before 2 years you are required to pay for the phone. The answer was no, therefore I was forced to cancel that subscription and get service with another provider. If the company would have provided me with another phone within a reasonable time I would have been willing to stay with Tmobile, but they weren't as they fave another excuse. Now they have refused to take back the defective product that they sent to me. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

When getting off the account from the husband she was separated from, t mobile took advantage of her discalcula disability and charged her for a phone number that is not hers. They also did not give her the credit for exchanging her old phone. We have spent two months and many hours on the phone with customer service. They refuse to fix the problem even though they admit the people in their idaho falls store messed up. She is being charged 50.00 a month for a phone she doesn’t have and the only way to stop that is to pay off her phone in full loosing the credit for the old phone and all the promos they promised her. This company is awful. Do not believe their ads about a phone on us. They the advantage of single moms with limited income.

Wish I could add the screenshot of me being on the phone for 2:07 HOURS on the phone for ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!!! My son who live away at college had to order a new phone as his no longer had sound and other features were Messing up camera for QR scan things he needed for school. They messed up and put MY name on the shipping label and WILL NOT GIVE HIM THE PHONE! Even though alllll info is in HIS NAME! He paid for it gave HIS email! Etc. now they told me they need to wait to get the phone back. to the warehouse and scanned in before he can reorder another one. Are you effing kidding me right now? No way to communicate except text and they can’t expedite him a new phone??? not to mention the two hours and seven minutes I was on the phone with customer service, complete waste of time, and got absolutely nowhere. horrible, horrible, and horrible looking to switch to Verizon ASAP I’m so mad as a mother and extremely disappointed in T-Mobile! T-Mobile is the worst when it comes to customer service, and offering nothing from r long term customers. Their services have gone down the tubes, their customer service department treat clients like shit, and they act like you're inconveniencing them when you call about an issue. I hope they lose millions of customers.
